you don't understand the basics of the numbers. healthcare costs have doubled in a decade. income hasn't... inflation hasn't... not close. it is an out of control, greed based industry, that is the last industry we should have that is profit based. if you want someone that has a bonus coming based on you not being covered for needed care being the person deciding if you get the care, then keep supporting your nonsensical position kid.
The reason it can't work is it will eventually take over the private sector due to a shortening of customers due to costs, eventually only the rich will be able to afford it, because the middle class will be taxed to death by the public option as well, so if it ends up being a rationed-care system there will be no way to get out of it as the rich/elites will be the only ones getting proper and adequate health care.... it's always a possibility and it can't be dismissed easily..

I would argue that we're still in one, as identified by still-high levels of unemployment. Second, I don't know where you got "lowering income taxes" from, because the big debate on the Hill right now is whether to grant an extension on the Bush tax cuts. Three guesses why they call it that. Third, you can't seriously credit Obama with the NYSE gain on any level

For another, they have little to do with the workings in the White House, save for legislation that directly affects a company's ability to do business. Fourth, all these "accomplishments," if you can even credit them to him, are all after the fact. This debate happened before he was elected. Stop parroting the party line and do some homework.

Intelligence? He was a complete liar and traitor to this country. Dealt with 9/11? He partially caused it. He knew full well that it would occur, he got info from the CIA, and he did nothing, why? To start a pointless war with Iraq, so they wouldn't attack us first, they weren't attacking us in any way. Also, on the subject of 9/11, there was no second plane as he claimed, the crash site of the "second plane" showed no marks or remains of a plane, what did it show? Plastic explosives. BUSH KILLS

i don't "cling" to my beliefs. my beliefs are what they are. i don't need to cling to them. they are appropriate, compassionate beliefs that look out for the masses, not myself. i am for doing what is right. the free market system that already exists doesn't work and has caused bankruptcy up the ass, and has denied people the treatment they need on a huge scale in the name of corporate greed. again.. spending the most per capita while ranking 37th under our free market system is criminal.

you don't understand the basics of the numbers. healthcare costs have doubled in a decade. income hasn't... inflation hasn't... not close. it is an out of control, greed based industry, that is the last industry we should have that is profit based. if you want someone that has a bonus coming based on you not being covered for needed care being the person deciding if you get the care, then keep supporting your nonsensical position kid.

The reason it can't work is it will eventually take over the private sector due to a shortening of customers due to costs, eventually only the rich will be able to afford it, because the middle class will be taxed to death by the public option as well, so if it ends up being a rationed-care system there will be no way to get out of it as the rich/elites will be the only ones getting proper and adequate health care.... it's always a possibility and it can't be dismissed easily..
