The Pioneer "anomaly" was resolved at least a year ago. It's the thermal radiation pressure of the RTGs (radioisotope thermal generators) reflecting off the back of the parabolic antenna. Since the antenna is always pointed toward the earth and sun, the force is sunward.

The explanation for the anomalies is actually quite simple.
What NASA is observing is Gravitational Acceleration of an object around a planetary body. Think of it like this: Ever see a Cop punch it as they go into a hard turn and "Fishtail" or "Drift" all the way through the turn until the tires catch traction on the road again?
It's basically the same thing but with a whole lot less traction. The vibrations are caused by Gravimetric Ripples between the Sun and all the planetary objects.

Orbital motion or trajectories are calculated on the basis of knowing the major gravitational bodies in the local region, such as the sun, the planets, the moon etc. If an unknown body is out there which has not been factored into the equations then satellites will drift off the calculated path.
Hence, any such anomalies suggest an unknown gravitational source which has not yet been detected. It's most likely a planet far from the sun.

The ships are being pulled by the gravitational field of the sun.The further the distance away from earth's gravitational field you get the weaker the force becomes, but there is still gravity acting on an object in space from the sun. Actually the Pioneer Anomaly is pretty much expected by any metal object thrown into the electrical plasma of the solar medium. Any object of a different charge will be sucked back towards the anode, the sun. Electrical Science 101.

@ExcaliburClan i am sorry but that is incorrect. a Lunar occultation is when the Moon passes between a planet and our observation of it here on Earth. The Moon 'occults' - obscures / hides the other object from our view. For example if we wanted to view the planet Jupiter but the Moon was in our way, blocking our view. The Moon DOES reflect sunlight, except during New Moon phase, when the Earth blocks the sunlight from the Moon.

@Mikanojo correct again, soo far the only possibly remaining anomality is Pioneer probes, and the errors are small anough to not be evidential of an anomaly (meaning, it may still be an anomaly, just not evidence of it).
Other anomalies have been explained, again to within reasonable levels of certainty.

@AjamaBEAST23 the phases of the Moon illustrate the shadow of the earth blocking out the light of the Sun. Only during New moon phase is the sunlight completely blocked by the Earth. As far as that 'tiny' acceleration toward the Sun.. it is gravity.. the Sun is so much bigger that all other objects in the solar system orbit around it. The tug is observable in space - the probes must make small corrections to keep from falling into orbit around the Sun. This video is REALLY silly.

The explanation for the anomalies is actually quite simple.
What NASA is observing is Gravitational Acceleration of an object around a planetary body. Think of it like this: Ever see a Cop punch it as they go into a hard turn and "Fishtail" or "Drift" all the way through the turn until the tires catch traction on the road again?
It's basically the same thing but with a whole lot less traction. The vibrations are caused by Gravimetric Ripples between the Sun and all the planetary objects.

Orbital motion or trajectories are calculated on the basis of knowing the major gravitational bodies in the local region, such as the sun, the planets, the moon etc. If an unknown body is out there which has not been factored into the equations then satellites will drift off the calculated path.
Hence, any such anomalies suggest an unknown gravitational source which has not yet been detected. It's most likely a planet far from the sun.
