@fr0z1234567 It is for the ukulele. the top row is the notes, the bottom row is representing the strings. if you look, there is numbers on the lines the represent each string. the number is the fret you hold down. So for example, if the second line has a 3 on it, you'll hold down the third fret on the second string.
