I never noticed quite how brutal this movie was. Although it's shifted away far before you'd notice it - 2-3 people died here.

2:33 - the man was impaled with literally hundreds of 2 inch nails. Even if he somehow didn't impale any vital organs - during this day he would have died from infection.

2:57-2:58 - Anyone who knows anything about sword swallowing knows how dangerous it can be. Improper removal would most likely slice his throat open.

Even Jafar and Jasmine didn't recognize him once he put on a different set of clothes, so the guards most likely wouldn't either. Anyway, Agrabah looks huge so he could always just go to a different part of town and start working there.
