Alongside the training (high cadence spinning and low cadence muscle tension spinning), what strategies can be used to determine ones optimal combination of cadence/muscle tension?
Jan Ullrich tried to copy Lance's high rpm strategy and it didn't workout because lance is 5'10 and Jan is 6'0. They were each just inside their respective optimal combination of cadence/muscle tension.
