You can send your bad version of paper mario to nintendo and in a few weeks they send you a good one for free.

BUGS are really frustrating! This happened to me when I was playing Lego Star Wars Wii version in the level called "Clone Factory" or "Droid Factory!" ( I forgot the name of the level!) I simply disconnected my Wii console from the wall, I had to because it couldn't turn of from the button or control, took out the disk, and cleaned it. Afterwards, it worked perfectly fine!!!!!

that happens to me during online matches in anything i unplug it and then reboot it then it works fine....someone should call nintendo and ask them wtf is wrong with it??? o well at least it still works not like the freakin 360 where if it breaks it broken 4ever xbox sucks

Yeah, my game froze 3 times today in that spot. My wii kept crash like that back in November, I had to delete all my data to fix it :( I was relieved when I found out it was just the game that had a bug at that point.

What the fuck were you doing with the wii? I can see you don't look after your console well. You gotta hold down POWER for it to turn off, the only reason it froze is because you scratch discs.

That's not true. The European copies of Super Paper Mario freeze when you get to that point in the game. I think Nintendo fixed it with an

update for the wii or something...

It isn't down to the care of the discs, it's because in the PAL version of the game there's a bug where the game freezes in a middle of a conversation with Mimi.
