I do not think you can play the campaign with more players but there is always multiplayer online were you help your team etc. But I am not sure. would be nice doing alien campaign with a pal :)

This game is banned in germany and might also get banned in australia. its been said that the company who made this doesnt wana cut any gameplay footage out from the game so if it gets banned in any country it stays banned. sucks major balls if it gets banned in australia, the one gamen tht i have waited a long time to come out.
