  • Australia's best commedian is a kiwi :-)

  • The people of Australia have realised that the 2 party duopoly system of politics has failed.

Katter's Australian Party is the way to go :o)

  • @ihaveairlockers LOL!!! Bob Katter's Party! Wake Up! If his 'song and dance' routine is any indication as to his policies that his party wants to implement, then I might as well vote for Milli Vanilli as the next PM.

  • *APPLAUDS* Bravo! Bravo!!

  • These guys a great. Even tho the ABC is the Labor Parties Media flagship these guys are LEGENDS!

  • @Inconvenientruths Labor party media flagship? Compared to the Murdoch press, maybe.

    These guys are really good

  • @simmo2303

Matey I was not in any way shape or manner implying that these guys are not good, they are in fact in my mind LEGENDS. I just think its funny that they still do stuff that ridicules the left when the ABC is staffed totally by the left.

As for Murdoch yes he is right but crikey if The Australian was any more left its address would be in the Kremlin.

And the Courier Mail installed Kevie Mudd Slinger into the lodge by its campaign to sway Qld voters.!

  • this is so brilliant, why did it take me so long to find out about it

  • Good god. This is it. A Day In Australain Politics.

  • Yes ninachrisnina, you are right.

  • Want to see round and round go look at Vid. H6G3lx36Kco and see how labour has had every position on this topic. They make the karma sutra look like instructions to lie still. Its nonsense and Clarke and Dawe (as usual) hit the nail on the head.

  • GOLD! One of the Best Clark&Dawe's ever.

  • i think he means you can get the hell out of the show.

  • you should have arranged it better,an pointing it out does seem very direct, glad it aint me,though i like to say, this time i joined your circle.hate to expand on this as it seem like that power that be a charged enough.....

  • I think that it is fitting that all the comments below this perfectly support all the points in the video above. Circles people. Expensive f*cking circles..

  • Global Warming is a giant TAX SCAM invented by The Rothschild Banking Mafia of London ! - David Mayer DeRothschild is the public face and main initiator of the "man made global warming" SCAM !!! - Look up his interviews on You Tube.

  • @MonkeyMagic88 Why would they invent global warming? Not saying anything I am just curious because I know for a fact global warming has cost thousands of companies millions if not billions of dollars because of new environmental laws put in place to stop global warming and I don't know why their wouldn't have been a bit more research into it before applying these laws or complying to them. -Remember I am not saying you're wrong I'm just curious.

  • @MonkeyMagic88

    You are correct !

To get a one world dominating government, you need everyone to think the same way.

This is just the beginning. It's all a load of crap.

What they bank on(pun not intended) is that if you repeat anything enough times then people will believe it.

This is called manipulation and conditioning. Global climate change is their best way to control YOUR money for the next 100 years since the US-Petro-gold scams are starting to become exposed with education. Wake up!

  • @ihaveairlockers Good theory. But no. You are wrong.

  • @Mistersamsam

Why am I wrong, when people's education levels is rising markedly in regards to corporatocracy, global banking, gold, war, inflation and petro-dollars ?

Do you also think that US has started a campaign in Libya to help its people ??

Who do you think is behind it ? It's the banks.

The world bank needs war, inflation and supple minds. Global warming is part of this process of control.

It's not a secret anymore, alot of people know about it.

Check it out mate ! Cheers ! :o)

  • @ihaveairlockers lol, I love it when ignorant people open their mouths.

  • @eedobee

    yeah I know !

In the ancient Håvamål, it states : "It is the downfall of men whom open their mouth and prove their ignorance instead of remaining quiet".

I totally agree with you mate. It's sad when people can't back up their claims nor explain their arguments.

But remember, there is many ignorant people out there who don't know and don't care.

It's mans job to enlighten them and spread wisdom(also in the Håvamål).

  • @ihaveairlockers I am a socialist, and I want to take socialism to a new level. You just don't get it dude.

  • @eedobee

    So, I don't get socialism ??

I live in Norway..... The MOST left wing socialist communist democratic dictatorship on the planet.

I know about socialism. It's all around me and one can't escape it.

I agree with many of the left's social ideals and concepts. But in Australia the left just waste money and send the country broke. QLD went broke in a boom with Beattie/Bligh.

Anyway, I am off to cook some fresh whale beef stew for the kids.

Save the Whale.... for me !!! Yummy !

  • @ihaveairlockers So everyone in the world is lying as part of a colossal conspiracy that has never seen one single leak? How do you get through your day believing crap like that? When the painter tells you the paint is wet, do you say to him: "Aha, no it isn't. You're just saying that so you can control my actions!" Most people decide that if 9 out of 10 experts say something it must be true. You decide that they must be lying, because the truth couldn't possibly be so consistent.

  • @QuasiGood I don't think it's a conspiracy but I think group-think is definitely at play.

  • @MonkeyMagic88 idiot

  • Sadly it seems that Washington monumentally dreams while Australia dreams monumentally of carbon price schemes of giving our world great thanks.

  • two old fucks

  • "Completely childish, I thought" :) Just like our politicians !!!

  • Comment removed

  • All the people that say this is lazy don't understand political humour, and they don't understand comedy or satire either!

  • A carbon copy of the other?

  • Germany has spent US$75billion on solar panels and it has been calculated that it will delay the effects of global warming by 7 hours this century. People are idiots.

  • @vidmanx0 Calculated by who? You? Whoever "calculated" it was the idiot. There is not a certain "hour" when global warming will arrive and we can figure out how much it will be delayed. Global warming is already here, as evidenced by steadily rising global average temperatures (last decade was the hottest on record, search NASA site for "warmest year" - would post link here but can't link in comments). The effects will simply keep getting worse, and the less we do, the worse they'll get.

  • @scNkosiSW Bullshit. There has been a downward trend in global temperatures since 1998. Don't fall for the propaganda of a carbon tax - something which was devised by the former head of Enron (Key Lay) and Al Gore in the mid 90s.

We all want to save the world and have renewable energy but you've got to use your brain.

  • @vidmanx0 great comment

  • Comment removed

  • @vidmanx0 It's a complete myth that global temperatures are falling since 1998. 2010 virtually ties 2005 for the hottest year in the 131-year instrument record, while 2009 is the 3rd hottest. Data is based on direct surface temperature measurements supplemented by satellite, ocean buoy and other measurements. The data has been analysed and confirmed by NASA, Meteorological Office UK, NOAA, Japanese Meteorological Agency and many others, and easily confirmed on their websites. Your sources???

  • @scNkosiSW

"Completely childish, I thought" :) Just like our politicians !!!

  • @scNkosiSW Take a look at the work of climate scientists, Dr Richard Lindzen, Dr Pamela Gray etc.

NASA is politically compromised and can't be trusted on these sorts of matters.

  • @vidmanx0 If you want propaganda, check out New Scientist Magazine, Time Magazine, CNN etc.

  • @vidmanx0 If you want loonie conspiracy theories go and read David Ike and start worshipping the lizard men.

  • @Craptron2000 Agreed. David Icke is a joke.

  • @vidmanx0 I know Lindzen's work and am not impressed. His "infrared iris" theory has been shown to be incorrect, and his questioning of the effects of clouds on modelling has been refuted. That ridiculous old conspiracy theory that every met office, science academy and 99% of the world's meteorologists and climatologists are "compromised" is wearing a little thin. The deniers are trying to spread lies and doubt to delay desperately needed action, just like Big Tobacco did.

  • @scNkosiSW The entire GW hoax is spearheaded by leftists, Gaia worshippers and Communists as a way to shut down industrial society. They have almost completely infiltrated universities and every time I see a so-called scientist espousing carbon taxes etc. a quick background check shows that they almost always have a history of left-wing activism.

The whole notion of a carbon tax was concocted by Ken Lay (former head of Enron) and Al Gore in the mid 90's.

    Hide the decline!

  • @vidmanx0 you're an idiot as well

  • @vidmanx0 Global warming first emerged as a theory in 1896, when Arhhenius, the founder of modern climate science, published a paper predicting that the increased burning of fossil fuels by humans would lead to such a rise in atmospheric CO2 that it would warm the planet to an appreciable degree. It has remained an establish theory ever since, and began to grow in prominence in the '80s when scientists like Hansen and Lovelock testified before Congress re: the post-war warming trend.

  • @vidmanx0 Does your paranoia know no bounds? Scientists do not "espouse carbon taxes" (whatever that uneducated statement means). These are people who have devoted their lives to uncovering the truth about the world, spending years conducting mind-numblingly tedious studies and experiments for a pittance. The pay is shit, the work is dull. Why do they do it? Because they want to know how things work. And you're saying they're lying. Why?

  • @QuasiGood So where is the BEST evidence for catastrophic climate change? Everything that I've seen so far is very open to interpretation and/or ignores an almost infinite number of variables.

If the evidence for catastrophic CC is such a slam dunk, why has it been so poorly explained? All we ever hear is, "The debate is over." So where is this bulletproof evidence? (or is it a secret?)

Until I see this evidence, I call it "Backdoor Socialism"

  • @vidmanx0 OK. Part One: The temperature measurements taken from every meteorological station in the world since records started in the 1860s. Satellite measurements dating from the 1980s. Dendrochronology (tree rings). Geological findings including boreholes through rock, icecores from Greenland (dating back 175,000 years) and Antarctica (800,000 years). All these show a warming trend over the twentieth century (except for the last points, which show that this degree is unique.

  • @vidmanx0 I gave you the evidence for warming. Part Two: Cause? It isn't the sun. Stop believing that now. Sun-spots do follow an 11.1 year cycle based around the sun's rotation, but that is perfectly cyclical and doesn't explain this period of anomalous warming. Satellites have measured the output of the sun since 1978 (i.e. over the period of most rapid warming) and have found no increase. This is open to interpretation. It either is or it isn't. Next up: what about the greenhouse effect?

  • @vidmanx0 Part Two cont'd: Greenhouse effect. CO2 is a greenhouse gas. Basic physics and every scientific experiment state this. You won't find a scientist of any standing who disputes this. It isn't the strongest greenhouse gas (methane) or the greatest amount (water vapour) but it manages to be the most influential because it is strong, prevalent and extremely long-lasting (whereas water vapour is weak and methane is short-lived and scarce).

  • @vidmanx0 Cont'd. In 1800, CO2 was at 280 parts per million volume. Today, it is at approximately 387ppmv. Studies of ice cores show that that is an unprecedented rise (in terms of speed) in atmospheric CO2. All other variables are the same. Ergo, it is that dramatic rise in CO2 that has caused recent warming. What caused it? Animals breathing out CO2? No, animal respiration does not add to atmospheric CO2 as it only gives out what plants have already taken in. Volcanoes?

  • @vidmanx0 Volcanoes? Well, we'd have to ask why we haven't noticed an accelerated release of CO2 from volcanoes over the last 100-200 years. We'd also have to ask why the natural systems that sucked up that CO2 have stopped (hence the build-up). The most definite estimates we have suggest that volcanoes produce roughly 150-250 million tons of CO2 per year. That's a lot, but what is humanity's contribution? In 2008, human activities produced 9.4 billion tons of CO2.

  • @QuasiGood So what are you saying? Human CO2 contributions are insignificant? I agree.

  • @vidmanx0 Are you blind? How is 9.4 billion a smaller number than 250 million?

  • @vidmanx0 There are no other sources of natural CO2 that begin to match that amount. And that's over one year. The increase in production of CO2 from fossil fuels and forest clearing is exponential (ever accelerating), and the rise in temperature has been exponential. From this, the obvious conclusion is that human activities have warmed the planet. That's only the central line of evidence. There are dozens more, all pointing the same direction. Does that answer your question?

  • @QuasiGood The FACT is that the planet is ACTUALLY COOLING !.

    Start researching the CORRECT information...

  • @StructuredDRIVING So the CORRECT information is the information that agrees with you? I think not. The well-worn cliche that the planet has been cooling (since 1998) has been debunked so many times that it's a miracle that you can repeat that with any self-respect whatsoever. 1998 was an unusually hot year, much hotter than the general trend upward. 1999 was cooler again, but still in line with the general upward trend. 1998 was actually so hot that it remained the hottest year on record until

  • @StructuredDRIVING (cont'd) until 2005, which was as hot, and since then every year has been hotter. This does not mean that the Earth "cooled" between 1998 and 2005, as '98 was what it called a statistical outlier, an unusually anomalous figure that does not affect the general trend. Frankly, mate, if you think I've never heard that hoary old number before, you must have so little understanding of the science or the persistent attempts by Luddites and vested interests to deny it.

  • @QuasiGood The university of East Anglia got caught with their pants down, and I feel secure in the knowledge you will follow suit...

  • @StructuredDRIVING Is this a reference to the "Climategate" emails? If so, did you ever read them? I mean beyond the much repeated "I used so-and-so's TRICK to HIDE THE DECLINE!!!!!!! WE ARE A CONSPIRACY!!! Nyah-ha-ha!!!" Because if you had, you'd realise that there weren't any signs of any wrongdoing, as an official investigation by East Anglia determined. None of the scientists involved resigned or were fired, none of their work was found to be flawed. So, tell me how were they caught again?

  • @StructuredDRIVING EVERYONE's heard the stupid "But the planet is ACTUALLY COOLING!!!!!1" crap. Yeah, every single empty-headed op-ed nonentity has wheeled that one out. All they do, and all you have done, is demonstrated the inverse ratio between the size of the mouth and the size of the brain. Start researching the CORRECT information? A website about how Al Gore killed your cats, perhaps? Give me a break.

  • @QuasiGood If you believe that one,let me sell you a bridge...

  • @StructuredDRIVING Whereas it's not gullible at all to believe that the entire world has been taken in by a vast and palpable lie that you, you alone of all the millions of unqualified people in the world, can see through? And it's not at all foolish to ignore the mountains of evidence that you don't like and cling to the statements of a few isolated cranks? What you just said is actually quite appropriate, because if YOU believe that, I'm the one with the bridge for sale.

  • @StructuredDRIVING I think you're supposed to put it "the information that suits your view". God loves simple creatures.

  • @vidmanx0 No it didn't lol. watch?v=y15UGhhRd6M

  • Now THAT is satire'

  • I didn't actually rate this one. Wow, politicians go around in circles. Yeah. Not the best.

"Let's get a man in..." was the only decent gag.

  • lazy scriptwriter win!

    thank you for your time...

  • the best political dig ever!! stick it to em boys

  • Not one of their best; pretty lame, actually. Surely there were better jokes than this on the subject of the carbon price debate.

  • @AtheistOnTheEdge Agreeing with you on some level. But an interesting thing to note is that because these politicians often simply repeat their views over and over, there isn't anything very new to comment on and lampoon.

  • Joe Hockey, Wayne Swan, Joe Hockey, and Wayne Swan did not like this clip.

  • Better entertainment then virtually everything on TV these days....cheers!

  • I didnt get it?

  • @Cheesymango1 just like the real carbon debate. going nowhere.

  • @Cheesymango1 It's parodying what our tax payer funded politicians have been doing on the topic of a carbon price. Going round in circles & repeating themselves.

  • @dinget11 no this is not a parody about the politicians but the media. The media does not allow the debate to happen

  • brilliant!

  • LOL

  • fucking pollies who needs them

  • hehehe...aah

  • ohhhh i get it!!1 lol
