The speed force draws its power from another dimension and is essentially limitless. Maybe his body can fail him or he can draw too much upon the power which will cause him to merge with it, but not use it up.

That equation is the relationship of mass being converted into energy, as in chemical and nuclear reactions. What you're thinking of is probable kinetic energy (1/2 massXvelocity^2). Maybe momentum (MassXVelocity) or Force (massXacceleration- where acceleration is a change in velocity over a change in time). Your point about the damage that would do is spot on though.
I stopped watching the Teen Titans just around the time the BOE showed up so I had never seen this episode until about a week ago. I had always liked Jinx and wanted her to turn good, or at least not be as evil, so I immediatly fell in love with Kid Flash and this episode. I was also incredibly happy because a few episodes later they both showed back up together to help defeat the BOE, and I admit I fangirl squealed just a little. Originally the character behind the mask was Wally West, the nephew of Barry Allen, who received his super-speed powers in an identical accident to his adult counterpart. West was Kid Flash for many years until Barry was killed during the Crisis on Infinite Earths and Wally graduated to assume his position.

@astingss lol i noticed this much with flash (and superman) in the justice league series as well, the producers pretty much dumb him down power wise to give the villains a fighting chance, but if this stayed in accordance with the comic book kid flash, then all those villains would be defeated in less than a minute, seriously the kid flash (and all other flashes) is on a level of speed that these villains cant even comprehend

@astingss lol i noticed this much with flash (and superman) in the justice league series as well, the producers pretty much dumb him down power wise to give the villains a fighting chance, but if this stayed in accordance with the comic book kid flash, then all those villains would be defeated in less than a minute, seriously the kid flash (and all other flashes) is on a level of speed that these villains cant even comprehend

Bart Allen is actually from the future and goes back in time with the treadmill that is the flash museum. He is recruited into the Third Teen Titans gang with Tim Drake (Third Robin), not Dick Grayson (Second Robin), by this time Dick Grayson is Nightwing with the Outsiders.
