  • Than why do you live in Estonia if you dont know Estonian?

  • Bombik83 ! I am very sorry! I really am. I dont think that estonians earn more money than russians in Estonia. I think that better workers get more.. Maybe thats why he didnt get bonuses. But this was only one company.. Yes, there is some estonians who dont like russians, but hey, shut a fuck off.. You cant tell me that all estonians in the world hate russians!! There is some americans, germans, estonians etc. who dont like other countries or people, but its normal, isnt it?!

  • They dont speak russian because there not "motivated" to learn estonian. Estonia has been a free country for 20 years, they speak russian to show they are not estonian to show they will not accept estonian society. My advice to them would be. fuck off back to russia then. Tallinn is a wonderfull city just avoid lasnaumae and kopoli

  • Its not about motivation. It is about respecting the country you live in,

And people who live in any country without learning or trying to learn the official languages has absolutely no respect for where they are. Nor do they deserve to live there.

  • what a gay hat ?

  • dude, just stop doin what you r doin. just repeating word motivating. wtf too much spear time ?

Learn estonian instead & learn Estonian history. Please enough you`re empty words you don`t know nothing.

  • Estonians were mean to Russians in early 90's ,then Russians got mad and said fuck it

  • loll jutt, olen venelane elan eestis räägin eesti kelt ja õppin eesti kelles ja kõik minu sõbrat räägivad ka

  • sword, 5 o'clock

  • If you live in Estonia you must learn Estonian!

  • Hungarians don´t learn Slovak language in Slovakia and are reluctant to speak it.

  • I think he is some Popular Dancer that likes some Dance Companies in Estonia. Rly

  • Hi,

I`m estonian and i have some russian friends, who can speak estonian as well as estonians. I can see that they respect us and respect that they can live here. But some russians dont want to learn estonian and they want to have a good job in here?!? no way.. if you dont respect estonia and estonians, why do we have to respect you ? -.-

  • @MsMissa17 I worked in very good company and I thinked there is no difference between estonians and russians who speaks perfectly in estonian. But you are wrong. The guy who speaks estonian perfectly,he was educated perfectly. But once he saw contracts of guys of the same position. And there was difference with salary(big enough difference),estonians got bonuses,Christmas money. But he didn t.And there are many difference,I wont write it here.SO SHUT THE FUCK OFF

  • you are funny. we dont have so many russians who cant speak estonian, more or less only adult people, who came here to work, build factories and houses. But almost everyone who was born after 80 can speck estonian and like everywhere we have some people who dosnt want to learn, who can not connect two words in the sentence even in own language not only russians but and estonians too. usualy only estonian politicians love to use such arguments as you did to suck money calling it an integration.

  • @stellarcreed yeah i'm with u on that, all my Russian friends can speak estonian, only my mum can't ... lol, but i don't blame her she is now 50 (just like u said she doesn't want to learn it). Overall i think it's just a brainwash to create an argument between two nations. People!!! our lives are so short, don't waste ur precious time on hate. x

  • @LaFiesta22 great post. I agree with you here.

  • Wait what do you know about Estonia? Don't quite look like one...

  • yes, I think you have to be motivated. the passion is the kety it doens't matter how how hard the language it is maybe even if its is very hard. i have passion for learning russion , so when i learn its like i'm playing rather than working

  • @Sillilesshells That's right. I like what you said. ''It;s like I'm playing rather than working'' That's how it should be. Thanks for viewing and commenting.

  • @laoshu505000 You don t everything what s going on here!!!!Many of russians sorry for being born in Estonia. They called occupants by estonians. These people have no homeland. There is always difference in everything between russian and estonian.Russians are the second class of people in estonia. They dont feel at HOME at all.But they have no choice....So tell me would you like lo learn estonian if you were russian.Even if you have russian surname there will be big difference

  • Propoganda008!am sorr,yea y right!!what about me?am estonian,france,polich and russia have in my blood!!!!but i am born in my country ESTONIA!!!and this is my mother land!!!!and i pretaction my country!!!!!!!!!!!!tnx

  • Estonia is a nazi shithole!Nice hat btw!!

  • I can not see the problem here. If some russians in Estonia want so bad to speak russian, for shure they can move to Russia and speak as much russian as they want. In Estonuia they speak estonian.

I live in Norway where we have many refugees from Pakistan. The Pakistans here must learn Norwegian and no Norwegian people understand Pakistan language. And all people from Pakistan understand that the have to learn Norwegian. It as simpel as that. The Estonians have already been to nice!!

  • @heltensin

Pakistani immigrant-refugees and Estonian citizens/residents with Russian background are not the same things. /facepalm

  • @mrReiseReise

That is true, the pakistani is not that arrogant to demand that the country they live in shold learn their language!

You russians in estonia ; you are living in ESTONIA and in estonia they speak estonian. Learn Estonian you arrogant Russians.

In fact many Norwegians live in USA, but do they speak Norwegian where they live... ? NOT. OF COURSE"

Russians; Learn it or beat it!

  • @heltensin

you talk yet you have no clue about the issue.

Norwegians in USA are immigrants that came to a fully-functional state with (relatively) long history. If the Russians came in, let's say, '95 it would might sense that everyone should know the state language(might bc it could have impact on trade relations and etc)

The Russians in Estonia did strive to build the country, it was their home as well, or are you trying to blame all the communism/world wars solely on Russians?

  • Yo!Props man!,.why?I think u know that well b,.for pps ho born here tha same as ya there.,da f.colors and so,..

    Peace!

  • To nilthgrim id rather have this greater of this video in estonia than russian bastards!!!!

  • ur cool -.-

    i can speak estonia perfect

  • @mastercrakor I doubt you can speak Estonian perfectly, I've yet to see a person that can.

  • If do not have any motivation, you do not learn a shit. He is so right !

  • @n22rivana ROLMAO!

  • @n22rivana

Sorry about this guy, he's a tool and makes me ashamed.

  • @n22rivana This is so wrong, but so funny lmao...

  • So this is a message to russians living in Estonia : You had 20 years to learn Estonian , if you do not learn it now and you still want to speak russian, well... you can move to Russia, where all speak Russian and you will be happy, and the Estonian people will be happy too = good solution!

  • Comment removed

  • Hi I am a Norwegian and have been to Estonia a few times the last years. I still notice that the russians that live in Estonia have still not learned Estonian .. ?!

There is 20 years ago now, you russians have now had plenty of time to learn estonian!

I have also been to other destinations in the world where russians also speak russian. Maybe they think that the whole world should speak russian, how arrogant!

  • @heltensin you're ignorant and prejudiced, some people just don't have any need and motivation to learn estonian and it's not always their fault...

  • @Propoganda008 they dount want to learn !!!!!!

  • @Treknn lot's of russian's speak estonian.

  • I'm russian living in Russa and i'm trying to learn estonian. What i'm doing wrong, guys?

  • @Oscillo88

    that great !

but like, russian people who have lived here for 20 years and still cant speak estonian..

its just really weird and not nice in my opinion

  • @rastamees It is because Estonians do not accept russians into their community. They keep them isolated. Estonians do not accept russian culture, they want Estonian russians to be like estonians.

  • By the way, a lot of russians speak estonian.

  • @Propoganda008

yeah its mainly the older people who just wont learn it

  • @rastamees estonians are not nice to russians, why russians should be nice to them?

  • @Propoganda008

    what the fuck ?

i have always been nice to everyone

and all my russian friends are really cool people

why do you think we are not nice to them ?

  • @rastamees do all your russian friends have a good job in estonia?

  • @Propoganda008

    yes

what does a job have to do with us being nice ?

  • @rastamees who cares about your niceness if it is hard to get a good job in estonia for russian.

  • @Propoganda008

what the hell are you talking about ?

  • I am talking about discrimination of russians.

  • @Propoganda008

there is none that i have seen

why do you think there is ???

  • @rastamees i speak to my russian friends from Estonia. They tell me.

  • @Propoganda008

    then i have no words.

you could say the same thing about black ppl in the US

maybe its hard for a russian to get a job in estonia, because they cant SPEAK ESTONIAN ?

  • @rastamees

that's the cover - language issue, no balls to shout 'we dont like russians'

  • @mrReiseReise

i have no problem with them myself, but the possible negativity is caused by the occupation, that they still deny. even after deporting tens of thousand of estonians, who they considered to be a threat(military background etc), to siberia, to work(die) in inhumane conditions.

its also the fact that some of them dont consider themselves as estonians, but still russians. and they wont learn our language even after living here for decades, which is just insulting.

  • @rastamees

Not mentioning the snitches who like the neighbour's farm, I think it's silly to oppose deported estonians to russians, I'd rather call it system slaughtering its own people. While I understand Estonia might have developed at a faster pace had there been no occupation, Estonia as part of the USSR was the frontier and one of its most developed regions.

Even in non-democratic USSR Estonians were not forced to become Russians, why do it backwards?

  • @rastamees

russian wouldnt learn perfect estonian anyway, accent always remains.

Either way, Russian language is being destroyed, government showed its attitude with the monument, why would you expect Russians to be willing to integrate? If you tell the guy in vid that he would be welcome only if he was white, do you think he would want to become white? No, he wouldn't.

  • @mrReiseReise

russian language is being destroyed ?

IT IS TAUGHT IN SCHOOLS, MANDATORY IN LOWER CLASSES

seriously you have no idea what the situation is, you dont even fucking live here so how can you assume you know more ?

what attitude did the government show with the monument crap that was blown out of proportion ?

that we dont like russians ? NOT EVERYONE IS A FUCKING RACIST YOU DUMB FUCK

like jesus, we have russians who cant speak proper estonian IN THE GOVERNMENT ITSELF

    seriously, stfu

  • @rastamees

    1) you don't have russians in central government

    2) I guarantee that new programme to study subjects in Estonian will result in poor knowledge of the subjects

    3) The national examinations in Russian have been becoming easier, it used to be 600 word essay only, now it's 400 word essay and answering questions to a few given texts(a task for imbeciles)

    4) Gj making teachers of Russian study Estonian

    5) Monument was an inflamatory move. Could have been solved in a peaceful reasonable way

  • they major of our capital Tallinn get al lot of influence from russia(money i guess to buy power or keep it): like building russian church for instance or renovating russian schools before estonian....

  • @t666nu

Renovating schools? Do you happen to know that some of school's buildings were sold in order to afford the renovation and later on to pay for rent? It's a major theft by Savisaar and his buttbuddies.

Now lets face the facts - estonians schools are in a lot better condition.

  • to be honest... I hate every russian person who live in estonia and can't talk in estonian... like realy.. if you live here then you have to talk too when you don't like estonian the go back to russia

  • @AddictedxtoxPoison may be you need to have sex, then everything will be ok?

  • Sviiks!!yes you right!!and what about Azerbadzanians, afroamerikans who never learnt ower languege????they even speak that!!but have ower passport!!when i say TERE!!i hear y welcome how i you! WTF??????

  • Russians in Estonia should learn unique, lovely Uralic language: Estonian, instead of damn russian.

God bless the Estonians, they would hate mandatory Russian in Estonia.

Same shit for Finland, they should throw "Å" to junk, i mean get rid of mandatory Swedish.

  • moi je pense mon ami est tres bien. je t'aime ai täh vend!!!

  • Он сказал "Motivated" раз пятьсот.. Если бы я там жил, я бы выучил.

  • Russians dont want to learn estonian... :( And its hard to live in estonia when lots of ppl talikng Russian! It sucks!

  • @Rp6ld Estonians don't accept them into their circles why would they learn Estonian?

  • @Propoganda008 :) What are you doing then?

  • i don't understand the video..

  • i hate russians and estonians

  • @iidskuu why?

  • This is real problem.. hate russians

  • @NappFilm Why d'u hate me?

  • @NappFilm Real problem of what? Estonian economy being a disaster? Estonian corruption?Unemployment? Discrimination against russians and other nationalities? Wake up, it is globalization.

  • and what about Russians who was born in estonia????

  • @MrMidnight09 then they have 2 choices, to learn estonian language or get the fuck out of our country, gosh..

  • @Sviiks They have a lot more choices than you think. Trust me)) and one of the extra choices is you speaking russian. that's what you have left to do.

  • @MrMidnight09 Per Estonians, they are nothing. I was born in Estonia, and when i went to estonian kindergarden, one of the teaches qiuetly observed when other estonian child bit me on my face. I still have scar on my cheek.

  • @nilthgrim hahahhaah! I love you man.

  • Your not right, and may be racist! At-least listen to what he has to say; He's not forcing his opinion on you, but sharing it with you! His quote: "I wan't to give my opinions to you." This phrase means he's not lecturing you, but wishes to share his opinion with you. Don't pull it out of context and take it so personal by getting racist and calling him a "monkey!" You shouldn't defensively feel he's trying to tarnish your native heritage name; or whatever relationship you have to Europe!

  • @nilthgrim what the hell is wrong with you?

  • @nilthgrim fucking racist

  • @nilthgrim fucking racist

  • @nilthgrim what the fuck is wrong with you?

He is a really nice man not like those russian idiots.

  • @armido110 where did you meat russian idiots?

  • @Propoganda008 in Estonia ,ofc there are nice russians also but majority of them are idiots

  • @armido110

I think that's fair for most nationalities, though. Not just russians.

  • @armido110 you can't say that, you're an idiot yourself.

  • I think people just fail to realize that Estonia has a large population of Russian immigrants due to the past and once it got independent, many continued to live there. If you lived somewhere all your life and then all of a sudden the place changed, you don't always have the option to move to another country or simply don't want to. Learning a new language isn't always that easy either, especially for older people or lack or money and etc.

  • Russians just try to conquer Estonia by not speaking their language, just like they have done many times to many countries, Swedish also uses that same tactic. That's why I hate Swedish and Russian languages (btw I'm Finnish, not Estonian) but I just can't see how some Russian can live in Estonia thinking that it's still part of Soviet Union where everybody should speak Russia. People should speak Estonian in Estonia, not Russian. Unless if they speak it to other Russians of course

  • @isokessu

1991 republic consisted of Russians and Estonians, they're not immigrants.

  • @isokessu they make up to 30 % you idiot, and i am half german and russian so i should know what i am talking about, Russian is an indo european slavic language while estonian is a uralic mongolian language, russian fought against mongolian so hard to get their independence and now they have to learn their language thats not good

  • @HongKongKanto Estonian is NOT a fucking MONGOLIAN language -.- it's Finno-Ugric language. Estonians were in Estonia BEFORE Russians. Mongols have attacked against everybody, raped few people and then left but Estonians are not Mongols more what Russians or anybody are. Actually Some Russians who live in Siberia are Mongols -.- and hundreds of years later when Soviet Union attacked Estonia, some of the Soviet soldiers were actually Mongols living in Soviet Union. * Estonians are not Mongols

  • @isokessu Meyers Konversations-Lexikon says so, its clearly that youre a mongolian race your language compare to all other european languages like slavic, german or romanian are completely different, it really sounds like mongolian thats why russian hate to learn such a langauge as we fought so hard for our independence against mongolians, i think estonians are the russian children of the russian womens that were raped and you still using their langauge.

  • @HongKongKanto: First humans living in Finland and Estonia were Homo Neanderthals (who left Africa way before Homo Sapiens) but they died in ice age. When ice started to melt, Finno-Ugric people came in Europe from Middle-East actually before German, Greek, Russian etc. people ancestors and that was 10 000 years ago -.- when Mongols didn't know anything about Europe. When Mongols first attacked Europe about 2000 years ago, Finnish and Estonians had been here for thousands of years

  • @isokessu And?

  • @isokessu In America so many nationalities, they speak their own language. It is interesting, when I came to Estonia as a tourist, the seller at some small store did not want to help me because I did not speak estonian. then I began to speak english, she did not help either because she did not know english. How idiotic is that?

  • if russians dount want to learn Estonian then they should get back to russia!!!!!

  • @sherman630

    why's that?

  • @sherman630 why don't you teach them? Give them a good job, not some construction job, bug good job. And how many Russians represent Russian community in Estonian parlament ? Probably none.

  • Out of curiousity, why do you want to learn Estonian? I ask because it's a very tiny country with a small number of people who speak it compared to other languages...and it is a horrifically difficult language for a native English speaker to pick up in adulthood. I am starting to learn it primarily because I am of Estonian blood- my family came from Tallinn and moved to the US after WWII. Do you live there now or something? Or just like it? It is beautiful and unlike most other Euro. languages!

  • @sonbuhitsunei

u should look more of his videos then u will understand that he is learning many languages .. a lot and estonian is just one of them

  • Comment removed

  • russians in estonia are like spanish in the us, aside from cheap labor and stealing your tv they arent good for much more

  • @hazarada are u sure they are spanish? .. u know spain is far from US ... and it's not so cheap labor there :P

  • @klaabu99 where do you think mexicans came from?

  • @hazarada

where do u think americans came from?

  • @klaabu99 england, france and netherlands mostly, go back to school.

  • @hazarada

u missed point of my question :P

  • @klaabu99 which was?

  • @hazarada

International organizations usually report that 9%-17%of the country's population is White. Most of these are the descendants of the Spanish colonial population called criollo. - from wikipedia

and u forgot to add that lot of americans came from spain too ...

  • @hazarada

International organizations usually report that 9%-17%of the country's population is White. Most of these are the descendants of the Spanish colonial population called criollo. - from wikipedia

and u forgot to add that lot of americans came from spain too ... oh and u forgot africa :D

  • @klaabu99 your average caucasian yankee has about as much spanish blood in him as he has chinese. Sure there is some but nowhere near enough to call them descendants of the spanish. Besides what does your "point" have to do with anything? spanish is what you call an ethnic group, doesn't have anything to do with spain nor which area they currently occupy. if you dont understand english stay away from the "post" button k?

  • @hazarada

Hispanic and Latino Americans are Americans with origins in the Hispanic countries of Latin America or in Spain, and in general all persons in the United States who self-identify as Hispanic or Latino.

mine ja paranda enda inglise keele oskust veel enne kui tuled teiste kallal õiendama .. hispanic pole sama mis spanish ...

  • @klaabu99

so your big point was picking on slang that you dont understand? you poor bastard, must be hard living with your brain capacity.. maybe you should go see what wikipedia has to say on mental retardation

  • @hazarada

what a dumb joke, if you try to stereotype, don't take ideas out of your arse

  • @mrReiseReise what a dumb comment, if you try to criticize, don't come off as a whiny whore

  • @hazarada

that many comments for one vid definitely emptied your creativity

  • @mrReiseReise well you had none to begin with

  • @hazarada

    have a cookie

  • @mrReiseReise have a hug

  • @hazarada well, if they got paid better, may be they would not steal.

  • Actually, it depends. In Estonia Russians make up about 30 percent and in some places they make up the majority of the population, so they naturally would not learn the Estonian language (at least the older generation). Meanwhile, I live in Siauliai (Lithuania), where Russians make up only about 10 percent or less. So almost every Russian can speak Lithuanian, no problem. It only depends on relative numbers, not because Russians were supposedly arrogant or nationalistic or similar nonsense...

  • Yes, it's necessary to be able to communicate in the language of the country you live in. But what about discrimination of the Russian-speaking minority (namely, no citizenship for them, ban of Russian cable TV, Russian schools), condemned by the Council of Europe and human rights organizations? There are Russians (mostly elderly ones) who just can't possibly master a Baltic language. And yet there are some Estonians who pretend that they don't understand Russian (which they actually do). Peace.

  • @Trashmouseboy

sry to say but trashmouseboy is talking trash right now ...

    1. estonia can't force them to take estonian citizenship ... to get citizenship in russia there are basicly same rules as estonia have

    2. i'm estonian and i can watch at least 10 or more russian channels in cable tv .. and there is option to get a lot more russian channels

    3. what about russian schools???

and belive me there is ppl on earth who don't speak russian .. even in estonia

  • @klaabu99 For more info on all of these issues, check out Wiki. "Knowledge of Estonian language and history were set as conditions for naturalization". Knowledge of Russian history & language isn't necessary to get Russian citizenship. Since 2007 Russian schools are being reformed. There are Russian communities in Baltic states and it's necessary to provide equal rights for them. Deal with it. B)

P.S. I mean no offence, dude. I'm from Siberia, trying to learn Estonian among other languages.

  • @Trashmouseboy

there is no history test for 10 years already, and language & constitution test - most countries have it even russia ... u have to update u info about russian citizenship

yeah russian schools being reformed to give russians equal chances to get into university after school .. and russia should support education in russian as estonia does with teaching estonian language in regions in russia where lives lot of estonians ... pls find out a bit more about school reform in estonia

  • @klaabu99 Cool then! Thanks for the info. In fact, in my city knowledge of Russian & Russian constitution is a pure formality for quite a few categories of people who would want to obtain Russian citizenship. And the last thing I want is (God forbid) preventing Estonians from communicating in their language in Russia (or elsewhere). ^_^ Peace out! =)

Hope to chat with you in Eesti someday!

  • @Trashmouseboy Finally! No, estonians can't discriminate anyone, They are Saints.

  • Muslims have a peculiar belief that any piece of property that was once theirs, bought, borrowed, or stolen, is forever muslim. Slavs must have the same system. Other than an extreme cultural diference, Estonians and the other Finnic people, have had to endure a thousand years of Russian perfidy. So far from God, so close to Moscow.

  • @taurus1337

im sorry for saying that .... what i meant was most of the russians (incredibly racist, i know, but i consider it more a fact then speculation).

for you all i have to say was that how do you even know im estonian, for all you know i could be swedish ..... dont talk about things you dont know are true.

i just commented on status not texture. i have nothing against russians and for the most part your argument of me dying being a slave in the soul is incredibly strange. smiley face

  • Im 13 years old and i live in Estonia for all my life, Im half russian half estonian and i know estonian very well because im in estonian scool and i have estonian friends.

and i very like your hat!:)

  • i'm Estonian!Thx for that you said thanks to you now more and more humans know about Estonia!!!

  • Please dont listen to people who say dumb things. It is realy cool that a person in America learns estonian.I hope you will visit us someday.

People keep saying that ohh you dont get job in estonia and that prizes are high etc. These are the people who are lazy.It is NOT hard at all to get a job in estonia if you have a brein and you are not lazy.In my opinion estonia is a beutifull small country where im proud to live in :)

  • @Mihkellt "it's not hard to get a job in estonia" - is that why so many estonians like to work in Europe? Or may be is it not hard to get a job for PURE estonian?

  • @Propoganda008 The thing is that people have way to high expectations on the payout.People hope to get better life outside the country thats why so many leave.

  • How many languages can you speak?(I'm Estonian)

  • I totally agree with you. They are not motivated enough because they can get by with speaking only russian. Most of the people who lived here during the times when Estonia was a part of the USSR know russian, but that generation is getting older and soon enough will die out. The younger generation of estonians finds it really hard to learn russian, mainly because there is really no language enviornment. We are taught english from a very early age, but russian comes much later.

  • Of course there is no motivation as the russian media and society is always there. Anyway.. Mr Pigi, Räägi siis eestti keelt ????!!!!!!

  • @santarter ma raagin essti kelt, aga ma ei taha.

  • There are more and more Russians that live in Estonia and don't speak Estonian -.- I visited Narvav yesterday (i visited my relative) and got beaten up because i don't speak Russian (by some assholes who appeared to be asking for some smoke). All i hear in the streets is Russian, It just pisses me off, i dont know if im living in Estonia or Russia. The posters and advertisments are also in Russian (though their in Estonian aswell) but the national language is Estonian.Just wanted to make mypoint

  • in narva live russia people because this town is close russia

i dont speak english very good

  • @maikfu

there is so few estonians in narva because after WW2 it was forbidden to ppl who was evacuated from city by germans to return

  • @10dohman these russians are left by estonian government. What do you expect from them? Kiss your ass?

  • Hey dont mind the stupid ignorant racist comments - all racists can suck my dog's big shlong!

I liked your other video of the russian language!

Check out my russian accent video :)

    watch?v=gKcsG3mmv60

  • @FridgeNatious I was just trying to have some fun and be friends with him. I hope he accepts my friendship despite his experiences.

  • @laoshu505000 That's really bighearted, most russians here really don't know estonian, respect to what you do and how you think!

  • we estonians even have to learn russian at school and they couldnt learn estonian

  • @beeqool Ouch..that hurts -_-

  • @beeqool Yes, you're right. I'm sorry to hear that you've had some bad experiences. When I get to Estonia, let's hook up and have a cup of tea or something. Take care man.

  • @beeqool fucking faggot shut up fucking chienese bitch! @Iaoshu505000 dont listen him!

  • Only Russtonians understand my Estonian , Estonians will almost always start to speak english with me (without missing a beat ). Linguistic integration is well under way....and I might add that hundreds of thousands of Estonians have at least one or two Russian ancestors.

  • I understand what you are saying but some things still bother me. I have a lot of friends who don't speak estonian and live here and it's chill. But when you are buying a burger in estonia and the lady doesn't understand what you want on your burger cuz she only speaks russian. that's not cool...
