@GameNinja13 The Smash power. It basically allows you to perform a variety of moves from different powers, such as the up-B for the Sword, or the regular B attack for Fighter. It, along with the Master powerup, allows you to solve all the puzzles in the game besides the cannon puzzles.

@Splince59 Well, technically he isn't cheating, he is doing nothing that can not be done in the game normally. He is using save states so he doesn't mess up when he makes mistakes or to try and get through a section as fast as possible.

Insane Wheel/Missile skill. I can't even beat Sonic 3 with a time like this, my best Amazing Mirror run is about 4.5 hours.

But in that runthrough (if you can call it that) I ran into a glitch that caused Crazy Hand to die instantly. O_o

At that time I saw that I needed 2 hits with the Missile on a Spark enemy on the US version compared to 1 hit on the Japanese version. So I believed that more damage is dealt in general (or the enemies have less HP), on the Japanese version. While I was making the run, it turned out that Missile was the only ability changed (nerfed) for the US release, for whatever reason. Today I would use the US version for future runs,and my work-in-progress any% movie already uses the US vsn

Golem enemies sometimes perform movements like rolling around or punching. If you suck them in while they do that you can get can wheel or fighter, else you get stone.

Also, in this TAS I made a considerable error. Does someone find it? ;)

Actually, it's the yellow Golems that give Wheel, as opposed to the copper Golem two floors down.

@Maconchampagne actually, it's just one of the powers of some of the abilities he uses, if you look around, he DOES get one or two times in this speedrun... but he still has an active hitbox when not invulnerable. As for when he is normal kirby... I think he just BARELY evaded the hits by abusing the small space he can put between Kirby and the spikes, Gordo, etc. that's even possible to do WITHOUT a TAS, it's mainly the ability roulette and throw trick that caused this to be a TAS...

@marioandsonicrule213 in a linked game, other players can control the other kirbys, but in single player, they're controlled by the CPU, which basically makes them wander aimlessly, get themselves killed, and take health items and abilities from you when you BADLY need them.
