you dont really need these unless you sit and look at a computer screen for hours at a time thats why they sponsor MLG teams because pro practice for 6 to 8 hours every day so mlg pro really need these but if you just see a tv or computer screen for maybe an hour everyday dont waste you money you dont really need them.

Yep, the do what they do as mentioned in the review.

They won't major impact your eye strain, but you do notice the difference with no squinting in the glare, etc.

if you look at the youtube upload optimal settings instructions it will show you the minimum res for HD.. which will most likely make it widescreen
