We must all continue to work towards a complete end to discrimination! There is no reason for it! This is not how God meant for us to live! Peel away the skin and we are all the same....we all bleed red!
Thank you Justin for bringing such a horrible injustice to the forefront for the world to see in such a loving and beautiful way. Your music and this video speaks to the hearts and souls of all people from all nations!
This is mean but... In class were learning about adversity and overcoming it and the teacher was going to show us Justin Hines. The teacher played the music video for say what you will and covered the projector so we could only hear it and asked us what his adversity.(these were guesses) One kid said missing arms, another said a deformity, and I said lung cancer. (because his voice was cracking so much) I felt sooo bad when the teacher took the cover off the projector and found out he had a joi
First I watched Justin Hines on CBS Sunday morning, my first exposure to his music and him - and I was in tears. Then I came to YouTube to listen to the African remix of "Say What You Will" and more tears flowed. What a marvelous impact he is having and what an incredible experience simply to take in the beauty of his and his accompaniests as they perform the piece.
Even better then the original. Saw a piece on Justin on CBS this morning that was very inspirational. I forgot about this song and have the original album. A perfect song during the holiday season!
Is it just me or does pretty much any song with an African choir make it sound better. They took a great song that was inspirational and made it an inspirational song that was great. And yes, there is a difference.
Justin Hines has such a beautiful voice and spirit through his adversity. These people of south Africa, the children and the adults ladies in the choir and Bishop Tu Tu with the rainbow coalition and everyone holding up a sign the little blond girl and the woman and men are so humble and open and loving. I want to go to Africa and share my love and work.:) LOL!
Thank you for this beautiful song...my children love it! They are 6 and 9 and love to read each message... It has made me very aware of how powerful my words are. Bless you!
@tricka02 I was at this school doing the clean-up when they took this footage =) my mom is one of the Services SETA ladies on the left with the blue and i wrote on that board...♥ it was such an amazing experience. The most heart-warming part was seeing how these children had such pride in the minimal equipment and resources that they had. Amazing! the crew was awesome too!!!
