  • This is simple, back in the days whenm british people started to collect animals, some of them managed to scape and then survive, feeding from farm animals.

  • Really nice documental

  • just another theory - we know of the last wolf shooting in britain but how do you gauge a last lynx kill? an elusive mostly nocturnal woodland creature that lives camouflaged either trees, undergrowth or has been known to inhabit caves, other animals burrows/holes and roams over 60 square miles might be difficult to eradicate even now there plus are other species we overlook such as ocelots, karicles, indian fishing cats which prefer to hide and stalk, if you were near one you wouldnt know it

  • @ExpeditionMystery yes i agree totally, there is wild cats in the countryside, mainly pumas is the theory - released after the dangerous wild animals act of 1976 also the romans brought over leopards and they have been known to scale zoo enclosures and perimeters and escape, however alot will be inbred by now and i dont think anything as big as a lion - (pride cat - habitat; open countryside) or even tiger which are elusive would remain un-detected, also the lynx is native to britain

  • In the 1960's, there was a law that came in which i THINK states that you cant own a big cat without a liscense? i think so, but thousands of people around the UK released their big cats, because they couldnt get the liscence. So there is a chance that the Big cats mated, which is why we may have our big cats today.. I personally think there is one on dartmoor, because a big black creature, which had a long tail jumped in front of our car..

  • @Smithymonsta - 1976 dangerous wild animals act..... if there is actually wild cats still left in the countryside which i believe there has it would be upto military special units to capture and dispose of them therefore any conclusive video footage would be instantly dismissed and removed - if you see my other comment i do agree hybridisation is a possible theory as a black leopard or puma is still a panther but the two species have been mated before and apparently produce deformed offspring

  • I live round here and its True but that video creeped u all out so you go making comments like " load of garbadge " 2 make u feal better :D

  • Cryptozoology novel about two boys who find something strange on the beach one night see video book trailer

  • Fuck me, that really is a beast @ 1.50

  • fuck me its vertical wide screen, wonder why this didnt catch on

  • When one of these big cats eventually attacks and god forbid kills someone, then the UK government will finally admit that there are big cats running around in the countryside.

  • so fake! it is obviously a Sasquatch in a cat-costume!

  • its just random clips of some cats. who would buy into this garbage? cats. nothing more. nothing less

  • talk about widescreen

  • MQ investigated this mystery. 1:06 is reported to be a domestic cat. However, as a keen animal expert, it is way too large to be a domestic cat. A household cat is 2 times smaller than the alleged animal caught on tape. At first it looked like a panther.

  • sooooo..... there really going along with the name "alien big cat" l0lxd

  • 1:06 yo doesn't that look like the Beast of Dartmoor.

Of coruse Britian people have alot of unqine animals their, who's to say some one had a pet Cougar when it was a baby, and they let it go like almost any dumb human would, and another did that, and then has more cubs of cougars.

  • Interesting aspect ratio.

  • Youtube Documentary - They Sold Their Souls For Rock And Roll

    /watch?v=2OyP4ETNygo

  • there obviously in britain, hundreds of live stock every year get slaughtered and all turn up with broken necks and crushed windpipes which isn't normal of a dog attack. also there was a boy in 2000 who was attacked by a black panther in wales he had huge claw marks across his face, this is fairly scary to say i live on a moor :S

  • Theese "Ailens" are also known as Beasts of Bodmin Moor...

  • i'm not sure about the west of britain but in the east, were i live, it's commonly accepted that linx's have returned with over 50 sightings in norfolk and suffolk.

  • its a freaken panther. ahahahaha

  • one north amarica lenx or couger has been shot or kill by famrm in england

  • what?

  • I thought firearms were banned in Britain. X-S

  • yh but farm had it a gun lisons

  • @NodDisciple1 yes but farmers etc are allowed to carry firearms with special passes etc :)

  • hehe, John Goodenough...his beard isnt bad, or the best. but its Goodenough!

  • 1:05 is a bovine, you can see horns and long tail

  • what do you mean bovine? If you pause it at 1:04 cows don't sit down like that, and also lots of animals have a long tail, and I can't see any horn. It looks more like a Puma to me.

  • i used to live in cornwall... when i was in primary my year went to stay on a farm on bodmin moor. i was eavesdropping on my teacher and the farm owners and they were saying how they spotted a large figure outside the gates of the farm. still didnt stop us from going out on the hills we did see a few dead animal bodies... spooooooky

  • goodenough for him lol haha

  • Everybody knows that housecats don't get that damn big. People always wanna dismiss stuff they can't explain even when scientist say that it's not impossible for a mountainlion or cougar to be black

  • why dont they hunt the fuckers

  • what is the point of hunting them, they are only pumas, if you came accross one it would be petrified and run away, they are not a major threat. all it is that happened is a local bucher from bidiford north devon had 2 pumas as pets and as they grew they became too difficult to handle so he released them into exmoor. Iv just come back from exmoor myself, me and my girlfriend spent the weekend on the moors of exmoor looking for them. no luck yet but will keep trying.

  • i dont mean in a sence actually hunt them i mean to go look for them.and get some video or photo evidence (close up)

  • what a load of bollocks stop talking fucking shit. a butcher had 2? lool. lots of people had them in the 70s hundreds got released into wild when they grew and they must have breed in wild because wouldnt live 30 years. theres hundreds around uk dont beleive the shit your butcher tells you

  • oh sorry mr fuckin expert, what the fuck do you know, or anyone including me for that matter. if there are hundreds as u put it i think at least one a day would be spotted hahahaha, half wit!

  • one a day? lots get spotted everyday go on the big cats site. theres sheep gettin rippred up and pictures and videos of these cats plus evidence of the government killing them. they keep it secret alot gets swept under the rug in this country

  • And no doubt there are at least one a day spotted! Remember most people don`t report sightings.

  • Yet Dartmoor has the legend of the great black Hound . . .

  • I'm from the maritimes Canada, and there are large cougars(mountain lion, puma, etc.)rarely seen because of their large territories(50 square miles usually), but yet they are still here. If they can survive here they can survive pretty much any where.

  • i once went camping in brecon, wales

in a nearby stream we found a dead sheep with it's guts ripped out. the next day we found a pile of sheep carcasses in the middle of a field, all with their sides split open and their gets ripped out

i was 8 and very creeped out

  • i am doing my duke of edinbrough in brecon dam i hope i don't bump into it

  • I got a call from a friend who was driving at the time. He seemed shook up, and kind of tongue-tied. He finally told me that a large cat, that resembled a black lioness, just ran in front of his car. He commutes on the same two lane highway every day, and was listening to the radio when the car in front hit the brakes. He did too, out of reflex, and that's when the large muscular feline sprinted across the road. It moved at

eerie speed, which unnerved him. We are in California.

  • well guys.. those cats in the video are just harmless black house cats.. if these are the only videos that prove the existance of the

alien cat you should really think about it..

i dont live in gb, but i've also heard about the mysterious cats. and what i've also heard about was that there arent any mysterious cats.. mostly they are just lynxes or other big cats who'd lived in households before they were set out.

well thats my opinion.. and i dont think that those cats exist

  • its not an alien cat idiot

  • spooky

  • My father still swears that he saw a big cat at the bottom of farnborough airfield (R A E at the time ), and I saw deer stripped of most of there flesh on army land when I was younger.

I would love to prove big cats are alive and well in this country but, if they arn't found they can't be hunted by muppets with trying to get a reputation.

  • dude....if been hunting and a friend has shot one..sent a picture into one of the shooting magazines and they published it..that was in welshpool, mid wales...and dad has seen one whilst lamping, in oswesty...about 15miles away...

  • i'm from aberdeenshire and i totally beleive in big cats around me, i've found sheep stripped of all flesh when walking my dogs and after a while i found a huge chewed up cat! the face had been mangled but the ears were cat-like. and my brother saw one when in his car once, he saw the eyes lighting up in the headlights and a huge cat bounding away across the field. more interesting than scary in my opinion.

  • I used to watch this every day on animal planet it scared the shit out of me. even the music is creepy

  • I heard a story about royal marine sniper teams being ordered to kill it. but apparently when they finally got a shot they were worried about the bullet going straight threw the animal and killing sheep. so they held their fire and let it leave

  • i was pissing in a bush once and i heard a growl, i looked down and there was a BIG COCK.. it was mine so i wasnt scared it just needed some lady attention, it does that sometimes lol!

  • rofl!!!! u make me laugh...

  • Its not an alien where is it's spaceship? Oh thats right its a big "EARTH CAT".... *NOT*unlike THUNDERCATS!

    THUNDERCATS GO!!!!!!!!!!!

  • why is it so strange that there cud be big cats in England

Pumas an Panthers are spotted regular an i believe definitely

  • what a fuck make them said "alien" cat ?

    my "alien" coock

  • Alien...as in not from around there. Not UFO alien.

  • What the hell. Britain is small as hell and also populated as hell. Sound veeeeeeeeery unlikely that there could be undiscovered animals here..

  • Uh huh, because we've totally and utterly without a doubt explored every facet of the British countryside. There couldn't possibly be anything we don't know about living here.

Ever heard of the Benebecula Mermaid? A creature we don't offically know to exist but has never been proven as a hoax?

How many foxes have you seen in your neighbourhood? Not as many as actually live there, I bet. Big Cats don't exactly go out looking for human company y'know.

  • Exmoor beast. KYAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • These alien big cats are very real. I've seen one with my own eyes along with four of my friends in North Yorkshire area. Was the size of a medium sized dog (Labrador) but was definitely feline (100% unmistakable). Also i have family in North Devon who have known about large feral cats for generations. My great aunt used to leave food out for them so they would leave the livestock alone.

  • like different morphs like reptiles or any other animal reallly. melanistic, amelanistic,axanthic,albino,etc.........

  • I've never been to Britain, are their isolated areas with few or no people that this thing could live undetected?

  • Loads of em, there has been sightings of black panther like creatures

  • Yes, lots of isolated countryside with nothing but sheep in

  • i hate this crap they never find anything...i spend hours watching these videos lol

  • 0:59 is a different look at the beast, it has a very long neck.

  • If its a cat, most likely a melanistic serval - looks the right size and they have a slightly elongated neck.

  • jaguars are tough and smart, could be jaguars, males are black, the females stay hidden while they hunt and only come out when the kill is over. females are spotted.

  • male jaguars aren't black numbnuts, they're also spotted!

  • some jaguars are black, i just looked it up, i saw a documentary on jaguars, and the male was black , female was spotted, yes there are some spotted males too, i think there are black females also, not panthers, jaguars.

  • u are a retard male and female jaguars and leopards can be balck but is more rare they are normally spotted

  • Just to let you know, Jaguars can be black. So can panthers. As can leopards. Its rare, but it can happen. Its just a different color hair that doesnt happen often. Same thing happens with black bears. Black bears can also be brown. Camo colors on animals is not a DEFINANT thing. Never has been.

  • i really hope their are alien cats. cats rule.

  • The "big cat at 1.05 is a great dane

  • looks very patherine like to me-def not a dog

  • no it cant be a dog, look at the tail, it does somewhat hav eteh body shape, but its definately a cat of soem kind.

  • black panther? In england? Oh it's strange..

  • I saw some pictures of the beast of bodmin, a big cat like a black panther with a head more like a house cat than a panther. Such a beautiful, beautiful cat. I'd love to see an ABC in real life.

  • ace video

  • ....its just a cat....idiots....ooh icecream!no its mine!

  • lol! the american commentary on it is so funny!

  • apprantly in the 60s people were aloud to have panthers in britain as pets but the goverment decided that they were to dangerous for just any1 to have so u had to get a licsence for 1 of them most people couldnt afford to buy 1 so they released them into the wild

  • i read that but wernt the cats in the videos saposta to be like really huge??

  • Yes thats very true. I guess some of these cats could well be the new generations of those cats. Its just there are a few like the beast of bodmin that have those big cats bodies but the head of a small cat, of course not as small as a house cat, but still, a house cat. They are very beautiful animals arent they? :)

  • wow, these animals are so awesome :)
