as FL9AC said, not really a paint scheme - but these are the ones Gov Rell had CDOT buy. These engines were previously leased, but now apparently they are purchasing a few of them.......
Well I understand the paint scheme in whole is still kind of Amtrak's, but from seeing this I get the idea that they will be repainted to the standard New Haven colors CDOT typically uses.

I wouldn't call that "CDOT paint"....maybe Connecticut Commuter Rail decals and some silver krylon.
