  • Ah ace blazer targetted the cataphract charge against your infantry rather than chariots. Parhaps if the charge was at your chariots this may have been a totally different result.

  • Anyhow well played both fo you :). Good commentry

  • you only won because your opponent sucked.

    1. he should not have charged cavalry into the chariots no matter how many he has and how well armored the cataphracts are. you just dont do that

    2. on the other hands, had he lured your chariots instead and pull off an elephant charge on them, he could have routed them easily.

    3. he marched his infantry into your line way too quick. thats an easy way to get surrounded by the two winged formation and get massacred.

  • So you realise you are talking about aceblazer :P a fellow commentator and very experienced player :P so saying he sucked is quite un true. I believe if you want to make assumptions like this you should show me some evidence that you are better than him :P so don't be such a cocky, whiney little bitch :D and as for the cataphract charge, yes it will work especially against only one unit of 18 chariots, because catas have the armour to withstand a chariot charge, it is dangerous but possible.

  • Hey m8, good battles. I usually use large numbers of throw-away light cavalry to take out chariots which I find usually works but it obviously didn't work here. It was basically no contest after i lost my cav.
