I used Sun-In and lemon on my hair when I was younger and decided to try the bottled blonde colors as I got older. My natural color is medium brown. My head would sting or burn with some products and then when I would go to bed at night, for about 3-4 days the scalp would itch. This weekend my mom came across an article in a magazine about John Frieda Sheer Blonde...  I absolutely love it! I have very porous hair, so the first time I used it I could see a difference and it feels great! Thanks

It's not a dye or a color, it's just taking the color out of your hair thus making it lighter.

Hey.. I bought the spray and I've used it 4 tines so far and I am lighter than I was b4 I used that dye that turned me^ ash blonde.. And my roots have gone really light too..^_^.. I LOVE this stuff!!^_^.. I am nearly platinum blonde now .^_^

I used a John Frieda Procision Foam dye and it made my hair ash blonde instead of platinum. But I'm definitely gonna buy that spray!!^_^.. and I'll let ya know how everything goes^_^

@JerydK Yeah I do not use those dyes they kind of scare me if anything go professional and get stuff from sally beauty supply. Use that spray and def let me know you results :).

is it colour or bleach? as in, does it wash out if you don't spray it every week etc?

I used to have a Schwarzcopf Bleach Spray which was amazing - I don't like colour because it gets yellow. but I've run out and can't find it online. I'm wondering if this is the same. :)

@FitMyLife I am not too sure if it is bleach but it says on the bottle that it is permanent color. I absolutely love it, it instantly brightened up my roots, perfect for in between colorings. :)
