After the guy handles the rifle like that they find a palm print three days later...anyway why am I writing this..anyone with eyes to see knows the truth...
Now it has been revealed he was working for the CIA...(His tax returns were secret all these years)...He was slaughtered by ruthless people who want world dominion...or destruction....
The main thing that bothers me is when Oswald is asked "Did you kill the President?"
He answers with "No", but then goes on to say, "I have not been charged with that, and in fact nobody has said that to me yet". This is the answer of a liar (misdirection).
I do not believe that he did it, but I do believe that he knew it was going to happen, and he would be the "scapegoat until it was proven" he could not have done it, again, allowing for misdirection. That's why Ruby was hired to shoot him.
Looked like a hit to me.What other reason would Jack Ruby have to shoot Oswald?Out of grief for the President? He knew he would be arrested. He sure silenced Oswald.
THE ASSASSIN SAVED MORE LIVES THAN WHAT ANY GOD HAS ON EARTH INCLUDING JESUS. NEXT DAY JFK OO SPIDER ORDERS NUCLEAR HOLOCAUST ESTIMATED CASUALTIES 600 MILLION--PRAY TO ASSASSINS TO SAVE YOUR LIFE!
judge jury and executioner- what a fucking joke these good ole boys are. half were on the payroll of bennie binion- or ruby himself- dallas like alot of cities had an underworld that controlled the rackets(gambling, drugs,vice)-then you had the birchers and klansmen on the sherriff and police forces. the rotten sob that took over was backed by oil and warfare contracting interests who got rich off of govt contracts from lbj- then they got richer. his boy bobby baker was his bagman.
what a fucking joke this caper was- a southern boy from a military family joins a civil air patrol which is a military style boy scout org. .its all gung ho kids wanting to join the military. oswald joins the marines at 17. gets radar training ,sipped to japan to track the cia u-2 planes. nobody gets within 5 miles of u-2 planes unless they are cleared by the cia. the defection is a cover to place our military people behind the iron curtain. oswald's profile is 100% military career lifer.
wtf??? the tv guy at 6:21 is reporting that there is a great "fear" that someone is going to try and shoot Oswald??? Doesn't sound like the crime of passion that we have been told about..
This man had nothing to do with it, he's just another person going with the plane. They know who really did it and that would never be unfolded by the FBI. If you peep when he said "he would sometime be charge for the Kennedy murder," he was never charge for the Kennedy murder. They don't have no proof he was in court or anything. Let's wake up people inside job had been done on one of are "GREAT" presidents. An the FBI took Kennedy body to cover up the shot that enter his chest.
The people back then sadly made the off spring of that generation dumb! Or was the house made raising the lil bastards suppose to educate you @Superchitownhustler
Two assassinations where rifles are left behind and snipers don't think that way. Oswald didn't kill Kennedy and Ray didn't kill King. This racist ass government did. I'm only a moron cause I know more'on the subjects of assassination then you. Dick in ya mouth!
Oswald was put in that building. And the man who put him there brought a second rifle the day of Nov, 21. Johnson told them who to charge and Ruby's responsability was to kill him. Will Fritz signaled Ruby. Oswald work for an intelligence agency who was also involved. You're a simple minded American they created to be dumb enough to manipulate your thinking process..
@Superchitownhustler you a pussy! Nobody saw oswald in the window. They saw two men in the window. And not one was oswald. LBJ and other people set up that assassination. Suck my diiiick.
The Mayor of Dallas at that time was Earle Cabell brother of CIA agent Charles Cabel, Whom JFK had fired for the botched Bay Of Pigs. Also fired was Dulles, whom would later head the Warren Commission investigation into his assassination.
Whoa whoa what's LO saying at 5:10 roughly during first Sat hallway move? There's a sound man from some channel right there. What wording, in particular - so many LO responses carefully-phrased - and only occasionally guilty-sounding. And, blow case wide open? How, exactly, without getting any of his fellow spies on the anti-Castros killed, that very night? Admit - its plausible LO was waiting to talk to a handler, keep cover, help bust Birchers (LO's specialty) or LBJ or any real killers. No?
48 years on this is still raw and emotive,do your own research on Oswald,Ruby,JFK's executive order 11110 regarding the Federal Reserve,CIA(JFKs plan to smash it into 1000 parts) Bay of Pigs,Plan to assasinate Castro,Cuban exiles,Mafia co-operation with CIA.How the Warren Comission was founded & what they had to work with,The autopsy and illegal taking of the body from Texas to Washington,Oddities in the investigation and evidence.J.Edgar Hoover &FBI stance. Then you can comment. IT IS COMPLEX !
@GeorgeVreelandHill Kennedy's motorcade was 20 minutes late. Oswald was seen on the 2nd floor at the time the motorcade was due. Some assassin eh? This poor man suffered a grave miscarriage of justice and nobody today except a few right wing crackpots believe the proven LIES of the Warren Commission.
@GeorgeVreelandHill You are so right. It is such a simple case. Why anyone believes it was a conspriacy is beyond me. They can't see the forest for the trees.
Richard Nixon is the mastermind who plotted J.F.K.'s assassination from the very beginning. This was perfectly planned with the help of Lyndon Johnson, and the Mafia
read this, and you will know the truth.............surftofind(d0t)com/nixon
THE PEOPLE WHO SHOT JFK WERE; Frank Sturgis, Howard Hunt, Charles Harrison, and Lee Harvey Oswald.
The ramp should have been sealed off to anyone except police and all press searched prior to Oswald being led out. Seems almost like they allowed it with the 'delay'
PLEASE , if you got the time , i made a song about the government and all the corruption that has been going on.Its called "PRAY" Ive gotten alot of good responses and i just want to spread the message that we need to WAKE UP! Listen HERE >> platini.bandcamp.com or on my YouTube page. Even if you dont like it , let me know ,all comments are invited. Please help me spread the message , thanks in advance and stay strong
This looks like the world's worst case of a kangaroo court - a Salem witch hunt and Oswald looks like a guy who was in the wrong place at the wrong time. The Texas police have already charged this guy guilty until proven innocent. If he was guilty would he have been willing to seek to speak to the press? If guilty he would have bragged about it not deny it fervently.
@narlycat I was thinking the same thing , what a circus, run by a bunch of hilbillies. What a liar Wade was too. Just think, at this time, if Oswalds gun was left at the depository then how did he shoot officer Tippet?
@sLdGlD The weapon left at the TSBD was a rifle. Tippet was shot with a .38 pistol. After Oswald shot JFK he left the depository, went to his rooming house and picked up his jacket and pistol.
Oswald is/was merely a puppet of a bigger conspiracy.
Just like invading Iraq in 2001, so that Bush Jr. could kill Saddam. 99/100 Americans in 2001 had no idea the difference between Saddam and Osama, therefore everyone jumped on the bandwagon to invade, now we know the truth 10 years later, but its too late...same here
Oswald is dead, no trial, no anything. The governerment killed Kennedy, no ghost sniper or Oswald.
This is a good bit of archival footage and I think it puts the suspect in a good light as you can see him reacting to the doofus police department. He has to learn he has been charged from a reporter, no less. Ruby, a strip club owner is allowed to wander the halls. What nonsense.
As hard as it is for many of you to believe, the only expanation the fits is that Oswald did it alone. Witnesses saw Oswald do it. His prints were on the two guns he used to kill TWO people that day. It makes a great story to believe in a conspriacy, but at the end of the day, that's all it is, a story. It really is so simple and obvious that LHO did it all alone. I just don't get why so many people can't see the forest for the trees.
@superchitownhustler His prints were NOT on both guns. A palm print was found on the rifle, but nothing on the pistol. No witnesses saw Oswald do it. Every eyewitness places Oswald on the 2nd floor lunchroom as close as 10 mins before the assassination and 2 mins after it. The motorcade was ten minutes late so he should have been on the 6th floor waiting a long time. At the Tippit murder scene there were 6 empty shells, but on arrest his pistol was fully loaded and he had no bullets on him.
@TheTubePortal Nonsense. You don't know anything. At least two people saw Oswald from the street shoot at JFK. Oswald spent the entire day on the 6th floor. He never went to the lunchoom till after he shot JFK. The gun he shot Tippit with had been fired before he was captured and was not fully loaded. Oswald's prints were on the gun AND shell casings. You don't know jack, you poser.
@superchitownhustler I've read and researched more about the JFK assassination that you ever have. There is only one person who claims to have seen somebody resembling Oswald at the 6th floor window, but his claims were disproven. Every eyewitness saw Oswald in the lunchroom both before AND after the shooting. Dallas police records state that Oswald's pistol was fully loaded when he was arrested with no prints on the shells. If you're going to be dishonest you aren't worth arguing with.
@TheTubePortal I really doubt that sir. The statements you have made show me clearly that you don't know anything. You must be researching at the Jim Marr's school or something. You are an idiot or delusional.
@louie77 No, sheep like you believe parasites like Jim Marr and Mark Lane. It would have taken hundreds if not thousands of people to cover this up. Nobody in nearly 50 years cashes in on a super rich payday by spilling the beans? Don't mention Hunt or James Files. Obvious liars with no proof. You need to take a look at the real facts. Read Case Closed by Posner or the Bugliosi book Taking Back History. Think for yourself.
@superchitownhustler Don't forget that the Warren Commission ignored testimony from scores of witnesses - which right from the start looks very suspect and leads to a warped conclusion. It would not take as many as you think to cover it up. FBI, CIA are sworn to secrecy and act on orders. The whole truth is kept to a very few. There are at least six or seven things that just don't add up with the conclusion of the WC. I could tell you but I doubt you would read it or even be interested
@superchitownhustler No one saw Oswald shoot anyone. STOP spreading your lies and disinfo. You need to careful what you do, only a fool would put all his hope in this world. This world may not be just, but the universe is just.
@draoi99 You are the one spreading misinformation. At least two people saw Oswald in the window. That is how they got the description of him that was sent out over the police radio. The one that Tippit heard before he stopped Oswald on the street. Kiss my ass moron.
@superchitownhustler Strange how they believed Howard Brennan who said he saw Oswald in the 6th floor window but not anyone that says they could not identify him.
@TheAmbassador11 I really don't get your point. Brennan and a young black boy of 15 both identified Oswald as the shooter. They both saw him in the window. Who are you talking about? Don't waste your time disputing this case. It could not be more open and shut. Stop being a sheeple. No one needs to believe the conspriacy nonsense anymore. The truth that Oswald acted alone has never been clearer. Wake up.
There was a cloud over America from the day of the assassination. We lost our feeling that we were safe. Our president was murdered and we slowly stopped trusting our governement. I was 9 years old..and i couls see the difference.
LBJ brought something secretive..something deceptive to Washington.
American politics turned antagonistic.. It didn't feel,"We the people' anymore.. it felt," Washington seperated from the people".
when they found the rifle there was actually two of them and they grabbed the wrong one hence it went from a mauser to a carcano.mmmmmmmmmmmmm kinda makes u wonder
@TinaLemoing It makes me wonder if you've got a screw loose. there was one rifle. and it was oswald's. and he'd run away. and just happened to shoot a cop and try to shoot another an hour later.
@andrelebaron ~ other things post shooting don't add up, supposedly oswald not only left behind a traceable gun... but he didn't immediately try to get out of town. oswald took a bus and a taxi?? *this is an escape plan?!* the dallas police made oswald the suspect before evidence was even gathered and 15 employees were still unaccounted for. the dallas police could never explain the reason for this apb, even the police chief couldn't explain why oswald was the initial primary suspect.
@andrelebaron there is a video of when they found the rifle at the tsbd ou can SEE the end of a second rifle right beside the rifle they pulled out. i ma have a loose screw but theres nothing wrong with my eyes besides im not the only one that has noticed it. i will find the video and send it to u and then u can fixed ur loose screw:)
@andrelebaron theres a video that shows the second rifle or at least the butt end of it. i,ll find it and send it to you. how do u explain the fact they claimed it was a mauser 7.5, it was clearly stamped on the rifle and witnessed by several police officers, then switched and said it was a mannichler carcano 6.5?they'd forgotten how to read that day? the bullet casings/shells didn,t fit the mauser, the evidence didnt match.,
@TinaLemoing Weitzman (I forget first name) and Roger Craig found the Mauser (7.5mm). Weitzman signed an affidavit that it was a Mauser. He was a gun expert and gun store owner and would not have made such a mistake
i still can't believe no one asked oswald how his gun got on the sixth floor.
which if you think about it makes no sense. why would he leave the gun up there? it could easily be traced to him, was he that stupid? did he think no one would notice or hear the shots coming from the building?
and no one has ever produced any conversation or a single shred of evidence that oswald hated kennedy, very unusual. and ruby's action is just too convenient, along with the secret service decision.
@tomitstube that makes "no sense". damn that actually made me laugh. would you carry a rifle if you were about to escape through a rather large crowd teeming with cops right after killing the President?
@andrelebaron ~ what makes "no sense" is oswald leaving the gun right where he "supposedly" just killed the president of the united states from. yes, you have a place to stash it, duh. a minimal strategy in the least. he "supposedly" snuck it in... if the guy was militarily trained and was a semi marksman, and "supposedly" had a para military fantasy for years, you really think this person would leave a gun traceable only to him left behind?
@tomitstube oh yeah, I see your point. it made no sense for Oswald to leave that gun behind. He should have taken it with him when he fled the building. He'd be so inconspicious carrying a rfile down there that he'd have gotten clearn away.
Just after the assassination, I heard on the radio that the police had recovered a Mauser rifle, possibly from the Book Depository roof and that it was a .30 or .36 calibre. The type of rifle changed that evening. Once home, I read the local paper which based its story on the first AP story to leave Dallas. The local paper said the fatal shots were fired "from the midst of a cheering crowd."
@knightoftheroze it didn't change that evening. it was called at different times in the different broadcasts a Mauser, an ARgentinian rilfe and a British rifle. most of them stated that the shots came from the TBSD and that there were three shots.
Much of this looks very strange to younger viewers, but you must remember this is 1963. There was no Miranda warning, there was no modern security, no DNA or CSI. This was effectively the end of an era in the United States. The country changed quickly and dramatically following these events. But at the time, what you see here would have been normal behavior for an event of this magnitude. Our country today is almost nothing like it was 50 years ago.
@doug12361 Really? I was 13 and the grandson of a police captain. My dad and mom were shaking their heads and I remember their comments which were along the lines of "what a circus...this would be very different back in (hometown)...no way, etc. Just because there were no modern forensics as we have come to know them does not mean that police were not professional. This whole thing stunk from the get go. Do some reading.
@momahat All due respect to your Grandfather, I was not criticizing the police in this matter. I was answering a question about the behavior in the station and the garage. There was no miranda and things were very different. And whether this could have happened in your hometown or anywhere has no bearing on what happened here. I have never bought into the conspiracy theories. In 50 years no evidence has supported any of them. EIther was it matters not. Everything changed.
@momahat Due respect to your Grandfather. I was not criticizing the police, just answering a question. And I have read. That I don't believe what you believe does mean I'm ignorant. I don't buy into the conspracy angle as in 50 years nothing concrete has supported any of them. That is my belief and you are entitled to yours. The fact remains, it was turning point in the 20th century. Everything changed.
There is great disagreement as to WHEN Oswald's palm print appeared on the rifle. No palm print was immediately reported. It was "discovered" AFTER Oswald's death.
the officer hit oswald after he bragged about his shooting prorwess killing a cop and president in one day not bad shooting eah thats when the cop lost it and hit hit him
How can anyone look at Oswald, listen to him, and STILL think that he killed Kennedy and Tippit? If you think that he was the assassin, you've got a screw loose. Oswald was clearly set up, convicted in the court of public opinion on circumstantial evidence, and then conveniently offed before the case could ever go to trial. I hope every person involved in this travesty roasts in hell.
Read the book "JFK and the Unspeakable: Why He Died and Why It Matters" by James W. Douglass. The best book ever written on the assassination, and you will see clearly, that the CIA/Pentagon killed him. Oswald was a CIA agent provacateur, whose job was to infiltrate radical groups, in order to discredit them. This set him up perfectly for the "commie" label. Oswald didn't kill anyone; he was exactly what he said he was: a patsy.
You can just feel the shock going through him when he hears the reporter say "You HAVE been charged." Just look at his face and body language. He looks totally stunned and shocked. That is NOT the actions of a guilty man. He was scared, shocked, stunned, and had no idea what was going on. He was railroaded and the government wanted it that way. Don't give him a lawyer, don't make records of what he says, and then make sure he is killed before he can say anything. Poor Oswald :(
@TheTubePortal He was in shock and surprised because he thought he'd done enough to escape detection as the assassin. Unfortunately the Dallas police were smart too. It is a credit to the force that they were able to apprehend Oswald within an hour of the assassination.
@paraconti In later years Jesse Curry, the Dallas Police Chief you see at 8:00 openly stated that they did not conduct a proper investigation and that there was likely not only a second gunman but that Oswald was innocent. There is a VAST amount of information available that was not available in 1963 and the evidence shows overwhelmingly that Oswald never fired any gun, was an agent working for Naval Intelligence, CIA and FBI. Secret Warren Comm. documents give his payroll number and contact.
@TheTubePortal So why would he leave the building of his employment, and go to the movie theater? His prints are on the boxes used for the sniper nest and his palm prints are on the stock of the rifle. The bullets are linked to his rifle. He is pictured with the rifle at his home.
I'm always amazed at the statements by Wade, Fritz, Curry just hours after the assassination - "He's guilty." There's NO way Oswald could have gotten a fair trial. How would you have picked a jury that wasn't prejudiced by all those statements?
"Strict security precautions"? WHAT A JOKE!!!!! Whatever Oswald's complicity, even nearly 50 years ago, it AMAZES me that they just paraded this guy all over the place. This thing almost works out like a play does - complete with timelines, etc. This thing has GOT to be the SORRIEST example of police work in recorded history. Unless, of course, this whole thing was a set-up, fakery, also.
Thiw WHOLE Dallas Police Department/CIA/FBI/Secret Service thing is SUCH a total joke. If someone whacked the chimpanzee in chief today and, it were conducted like this thing was, a public defender fresh out of college with ONE month on the job could've gotten Oswald off. The footage from back then is just ridiculous. I don't even think in those days they were THAT flippant with 'evidence'. This WHOLE thing has ALWAYS stunk like a septic tank.
Hey, check out the Socrates Johnson video for the song 'Rambler Man', which tells the story of Roger Craig - who saw what he said was Oswald being picked up shortly after the assasination in a Rambler Station wagon.
Part of it is filmed from the old Court House Building and Dealey plaza
Oswald was an NIS operative and consequently expendable. While I believe Oswald was in on the assassination plot up to his eyeballs, I also believe he was the patsy he claimed to be and that he did not even fire a shot.
Capt Fritz was really setting up Oswald for a trial by Jury . Case closed as far as he was concerned or told perhaps. Oswald could not have received a fair trial with an impartial jury if his case was heard in the North Pole with announcements from Fritz to the press & the world like that. Also Chief Curry's attempt to conceal or minimize his knowledge of Ruby to the press at the end was a little suspect for me. Ruby was well known by the Dallas Police Dept. Whitewash comes to mind.
Leave to the ignorant Dallas Police to put Oswald out there in public to get murdered. DUMB FUCKING SOUTHERNERS - they still haven't learned a fucking thing...
@joaquinmurrieta1850 - Yes. That was on Friday night, "impersonating a reporter", among his friends, the po-lice... And he was in the hallway behind Lee Harvey on Saturday evening after they brought him down the elevator again. But Ruby had just arrived again on Sunday morning. They now blame the delay in transfer on Lee for requesting a sweater to wear.
@i45funker . Finally someone that agrees with me that Harvey was the lone assasin. There were four spent cartriges in the snipers nest. Three on the floor and one in the chamber. Why? Also the Manlicher Carcano rifle was linked to Oswald from a magazine order form he had ordered through a catalog hunters magazine. He used the name Alec Hiddel to purchase order the 1940's Italian army issued weapon. I've done research when I lived in El Paso, Texas at the university. The cospiracy crap goes on.
@joaquinmurrieta1850 - Where in the Hell did I say Lee even fired a gun??? Conspiracy is reality. I'm sorry we disagree. The evidence mostly shows that Lee was framed and, although those behind the scenes (and on the scene) did a terrible job of it, the President was dead. Victory.
@i45funker . Don't take it personal friend. The cospiracy crap started the minute Oswald was gunned down by Ruby. There were rumors the Cuban government, organized crime, the CIA, vice president Johnson and a whole lot more imaginary characters were involved. Officer Tippet was shot and killed by Oswald hours after he shot the president. The 38 special was also linked to Oswald. There were witnesses that saw him leaving the scene. Oswald was the only employee missing from the TSB depository.
@joaquinmurrieta1850 - We're cool. I've been in Dallas all my life. I know there is a lot of crap regarding conspiracy and all the theories. But there's theory and then there's truth. And I think the truth is that whatever group/groups responsible couldn't hide so much truth. I wish it was Lee that did it alone, but I can't believe that like I did when I was told so as a kid. How many just WANTED the Kennedys killed. Too much info points to the reality of it. Which points AWAY from Oswald. IMO.
@i45funker - There were more witnesses that could clear Oswald than there were that could convict Oswald. A lot of people got whacked in this case, and he was one of the first. It's not the first or last time the government lied to us.
Does all of this parading of the weapon and the District Attorney stating on TV that they are sure he is guilty not in some tiny way, not toyally prejudice any trial of LHO??? Incredible behaviour for a tinpot dictatorship never mind a so-called model democracy.
the dallas police had a very simple minded approach to evidence. here's a rifle- there's a commie- a texas good old boy is taking over-case closed. come back in 2 days and we gonna give him an execution right here in the police station. all them police guarding that brick wall and none guarding where the threat would come from- the people in the jail-chief curry pretending not to know who ruby was. oh yeah- they lifted oswalds prints from the morgue and presto they found his palm print.
Col Robert E. Jones told the HSCA that he sent 8-12 plain clothes agents from the 112th MI unit to Dealey Plaza that day.One of them,James Powell was found inside the TSBD after the shooting.Dallas Police let him go.
Members of Brigade 2506 & JMWAVE were photographed in Dealey Plaza on 11-22-63.Rip Robertson-Adrian O'Hare-Alfredo Duran and behind the picket fence impersonating a Secret Service agent Bernard Barker.
Eyewitness Arnold Rowland saw a man in the southwest 6th floor window holding a 30-06 rifle.Oswald alledgedly in the SOUTHEAST window.James Worrell saw a man in a suit with BLACK hair run out the back of the TSBD after the shots.Oswald did not have black hair.
If you listen to Oswald speak you can tell that his vocabulary is much better than your average ignorant american. He was a very bright person. Portraying him as a loser was inaccurate and probably an attempt to strengthen the case that he was guilty.
@tom6612 Right, the marines dont teach russian to anyone. He was sent to russia as a false defector.Howard Hunt named cia agent bill harvey as a JFK conspirator he was in charge of a secret program to send false defectors to russia.
@themeaningoflife38 -- Nice to hear your input. It's obvious you have done your homework. I've been studying the assassination since the mid 1980's and yes i have heard about Bill Harvey and his false defector program.

Oswald was put in that building. And the man who put him there brought a second rifle the day of Nov, 21. Johnson told them who to charge and Ruby's responsability was to kill him. The Mayor of Dallas at that time was Earle Cabell brother of CIA agent Charles Cabel, Whom JFK had fired for the botched Bay Of Pigs. Also fired was Dulles, whom would later head the Warren Commission investigation into his assassination.

Oswald was not shot so he would be shut up.
He was allowed to talk to the press a number of times.
If Oswald was a part of a conspiracy, he would never be allowed to do that.
He could have blown the whole case wide open.
Why take that chance?
Oswald denied shooting anyone, but it was proven that he did.
He acted alone.

The governerment killed Kennedy, no ghost sniper or Oswald.
iLLestBeats02 3 months ago 2
This is a good bit of archival footage and I think it puts the suspect in a good light as you can see him reacting to the doofus police department. He has to learn he has been charged from a reporter, no less. Ruby, a strip club owner is allowed to wander the halls. What nonsense.
momahat 3 months ago 3
As hard as it is for many of you to believe, the only expanation the fits is that Oswald did it alone. Witnesses saw Oswald do it. His prints were on the two guns he used to kill TWO people that day. It makes a great story to believe in a conspriacy, but at the end of the day, that's all it is, a story. It really is so simple and obvious that LHO did it all alone. I just don't get why so many people can't see the forest for the trees.
superchitownhustler 3 months ago
@superchitownhustler Vincent Bugliosi, I presume.
momahat 3 months ago
@superchitownhustler His prints were NOT on both guns. A palm print was found on the rifle, but nothing on the pistol. No witnesses saw Oswald do it. Every eyewitness places Oswald on the 2nd floor lunchroom as close as 10 mins before the assassination and 2 mins after it. The motorcade was ten minutes late so he should have been on the 6th floor waiting a long time. At the Tippit murder scene there were 6 empty shells, but on arrest his pistol was fully loaded and he had no bullets on him.
TheTubePortal 3 months ago
@TheTubePortal Nonsense. You don't know anything. At least two people saw Oswald from the street shoot at JFK. Oswald spent the entire day on the 6th floor. He never went to the lunchoom till after he shot JFK. The gun he shot Tippit with had been fired before he was captured and was not fully loaded. Oswald's prints were on the gun AND shell casings. You don't know jack, you poser.
superchitownhustler 3 months ago
@superchitownhustler I've read and researched more about the JFK assassination that you ever have. There is only one person who claims to have seen somebody resembling Oswald at the 6th floor window, but his claims were disproven. Every eyewitness saw Oswald in the lunchroom both before AND after the shooting. Dallas police records state that Oswald's pistol was fully loaded when he was arrested with no prints on the shells. If you're going to be dishonest you aren't worth arguing with.
TheTubePortal 3 months ago

@louie77 No, sheep like you believe parasites like Jim Marr and Mark Lane. It would have taken hundreds if not thousands of people to cover this up. Read Case Closed by Posner or the Bugliosi book Taking Back History. Think for yourself.
superchitownhustler 3 months ago
@superchitownhustler Don't forget that the Warren Commission ignored testimony from scores of witnesses - which right from the start looks very suspect and leads to a warped conclusion. It would not take as many as you think to cover it up. FBI, CIA are sworn to secrecy and act on orders. The whole truth is kept to a very few. There are at least six or seven things that just don't add up with the conclusion of the WC. I could tell you but I doubt you would read it or even be interested

@andrelebaron ~ other things post shooting don't add up, supposedly oswald not only left behind a traceable gun... but he didn't immediately try to get out of town. oswald took a bus and a taxi?? *this is an escape plan?!* the dallas police made oswald the suspect before evidence was even gathered and 15 employees were still unaccounted for. the dallas police could never explain the reason for this apb, even the police chief couldn't explain why oswald was the initial primary suspect.

i still can't believe no one asked oswald how his gun got on the sixth floor.
which if you think about it makes no sense. why would he leave the gun up there? it could easily be traced to him, was he that stupid? did he think no one would notice or hear the shots coming from the building?
and no one has ever produced any conversation or a single shred of evidence that oswald hated kennedy, very unusual. and ruby's action is just too convenient, along with the secret service decision.
tomitstube 4 months ago
@tomitstube that makes "no sense". damn that actually made me laugh. would you carry a rifle if you were about to escape through a rather large crowd teeming with cops right after killing the President?
andrelebaron 4 months ago
@andrelebaron ~ what makes "no sense" is oswald leaving the gun right where he "supposedly" just killed the president of the united states from. yes, you have a place to stash it, duh. a minimal strategy in the least. he "supposedly" snuck it in... if the guy was militarily trained and was a semi marksman, and "supposedly" had a para military fantasy for years, you really think this person would leave a gun traceable only to him left behind?
seriously, this makes "sense" to you?
tomitstube 4 months ago
@tomitstube oh yeah, I see your point. it made no sense for Oswald to leave that gun behind. He should have taken it with him when he fled the building. He'd be so inconspicious carrying a rfile down there that he'd have gotten clearn away.
andrelebaron 4 months ago
@andrelebaron ~ that isn't what i said, or the point i was trying to make. nevermind.

The local paper said the fatal shots were fired "from the midst of a cheering crowd."
knightoftheroze 4 months ago

LongLiveOx 6 months ago 2
You can just feel the shock going through him when he hears the reporter say "You HAVE been charged." Just look at his face and body language. He looks totally stunned and shocked. That is NOT the actions of a guilty man. He was scared, shocked, stunned, and had no idea what was going on. He was railroaded and the government wanted it that way. Don't give him a lawyer, don't make records of what he says, and then make sure he is killed before he can say anything. Poor Oswald :(
TheTubePortal 6 months ago 11
@TheTubePortal He was in shock and surprised because he thought he'd done enough to escape detection as the assassin. Unfortunately the Dallas police were smart too. It is a credit to the force that they were able to apprehend Oswald within an hour of the assassination.
paraconti 3 months ago
@paraconti In later years Jesse Curry, the Dallas Police Chief you see at 8:00 openly stated that they did not conduct a proper investigation and that there was likely not only a second gunman but that Oswald was innocent. There is a VAST amount of information available that was not available in 1963 and the evidence shows overwhelmingly that Oswald never fired any gun, was an agent working for Naval Intelligence, CIA and FBI. Secret Warren Comm. documents give his payroll number and contact.

The cospiracy crap goes on.
joaquinmurrieta1850 1 year ago
@joaquinmurrieta1850 - Where in the Hell did I say Lee even fired a gun??? Conspiracy is reality. I'm sorry we disagree. The evidence mostly shows that Lee was framed and, although those behind the scenes (and on the scene) did a terrible job of it, the President was dead. Victory.
i45funker 1 year ago
@i45funker . Don't take it personal friend. The cospiracy crap started the minute Oswald was gunned down by Ruby. There were rumors the Cuban government, organized crime, the CIA, vice president Johnson and a whole lot more imaginary characters were involved. Officer Tippet was shot and killed by Oswald hours after he shot the president. The 38 special was also linked to Oswald. There were witnesses that saw him leaving the scene. Oswald was the only employee missing from the TSB depository.

Holding evidence without gloves, parading it in front of cameras!

the dallas police had a very simple minded approach to evidence. here's a rifle- there's a commie- a texas good old boy is taking over-case closed. come back in 2 days and we gonna give him an execution right here in the police station. all them police guarding that brick wall and none guarding where the threat would come from- the people in the jail-chief curry pretending not to know who ruby was. oh yeah- they lifted oswalds prints from the morgue and presto they found his palm print.

First: What was Ruby doing in the police station?
Second: Why showcasing the rifle AND Oswald like that around the station?
