@Maresafl Again, read the description. This footage was taken directly from an old Stegblob Youtube Poop. I have no idea how they got the footage, since there was no single footage of just this clip to be found. I actually spent months sifting through YTP's looking for this clip in places I swore I saw it. And once I gave up, I got a break in the case.
So basically I posted this footage because the footage didn't exist otherwise.
I remember they continued to reuse the Big Bird clip at 0:10 where he says "Toodle-oo!" from November 16, 1998 up until April 6, 2003, but there would be copyright text before Big Bird shows up. The first year this way, they reused the same music from November 20, 1995-January 2, 2000, but in January 3-December 31, 2000 they replaced it with a softer "closing" variant of the theme, then it was replaced again in January 1, 2001-April 6, 2003.
the toodleoo part scared me but not the coming soon on sesame street part. i was ok wit the coming soon part but then i ran out of the living room when i heard toodleoo, then came back when the funding credits came on
I remember this several years ago before ABC2 started. ABC moved Play School to an earlier timeslot and also...I can't believe it...Sesame Street has 2 part episodes now. Anyway...what do you think at the time in Australia where you had to wait till tommorrow or next week to find out what happened at the other half of the eppy?

@IceManNJD read the description. This is not mine, and the footage is from someone else's video. I do not have the fundings, any 1990's episodes nor anyway to convert video tape to computer data.
@MarioZone69 When these came on, I was almost a teenager... actually, I could have been just entering them. Anyways, whenever this came on, I knew something insanely hilarious was about to happen. Telly whacking Elmo with a Happy cap... Kingston Livingston having a seizure and clucking the alphabet... they took the weirdest parts of the next episode to keep everyone interested.

@wileyk209zback No, they used Toodle-Loo from 1995-2002.
sowisapigtobeexact2 1 year ago
@sowisapigtobeexact2 I meant that starting in 1988, they dropped the "Coming Soon from Sesame Street" portion, and just used his Toodle-Loo line only
wileyk209zback 1 year ago
@wileyk209zback Uhhh... Toodle-Loo started from November 20, 1995-April 12, 2002? Get it?
sowisapigtobeexact2 1 year ago
@sowisapigtobeexact2 Right, but they cut the "Coming soon from Sesame Street" part in 1998.

@wileyk209zback Hello, It's 1998.
sowisapigtobeexact2 1 year ago
@sowisapigtobeexact2 But that's what I said. In 1998 it just became "Toodle-Loo." No more "Coming soon on Sesame Street"

@wileyk209zback No, No, No, Toodle-Loo started on November 20, 1995-April 6, 2003.

sowisapigtobeexact2 7 months ago
@sowisapigtobeexact2 Yeah, along with a few foreign-sound instruments. From 2000-2001, they had a more softer, lighter closing the,e.

It was from like 1995 to 1998 or so... it was dropped by Season 30 (1998-1999).
