I agree with jkdsifu that perfecting a technique requires that you start slow and controlled. As a JKD student, I understand very well that speed is only one of the many attributes that Sijo Bruce Lee emphasized. At any practice session, you can set goals to work on any of these attributes, not necessarily agility.
Although I am not a certified instructor anywhere, I know well enough to treat fellow martial artists with respect, especially those under the SAME lineage. GL
This IS JKD, straight out of Jun Fan Kickboxing syllabus (Ngao Tek Counters), and when youu train to develop proper body mechanics, you go slow and perfect the technique first. These are intermediate students.

This has nothing to do with Jeet Kune Do, their kicks are very slow and looks the same as a student beginning in martial arts.
I studied under Dan Inosanto from 1974 up to 1989, was in the JKD class and certified as an instructor under Mr INOSANTO.
