Take a look at full-system pipes. Mine are slip-ons, they are more flexible and allow to convert back to stock ones. But full-system looks better. Don't know about the sound, but you may try.
my dad's getting one of these next saturday (11th) and his is modified like this but with 2 pac and 50 cent air sprayed on the side. it is noisy as fuck cus he got one of those things, i forgot what it's called, but it opens all the valves.

It was regular Dyno Jet. They produce jet-kits for Cobra. Today I would go with MaxAir.

Ordered from Cobra through my local Yamaha dealer. You'll definitely find some of the kind on e-bay or elsewhere on net for good prices.
