Different systems. These are self contained units, the POV is great, but requires a lot more effort to set up.

this review is very true, i have go pro the life of battery is bad, u need a lot of AA lithium batt for this unit, i just purchase my gopro last week, i want to sell this & buy another one, if you guys interested you can pm me here tnx

Pretty cool... I have the ATC2 and the field of view is very narrow, it was cool to see how they all stack up!
