My mother shopped at that Farmer Jack and it seemed like forever before they finally remodeled it (in the late '80s IIRC). So for the '70s and most of the '80s, the store didn't look all that different than when this film was shot (which I'm guessing was the late '60s--am I right?).
hard to believe Farmer Jack has been gone for 4 years already and still many stores are vacant!

The people at the Riverview Michigan location were always rude. i always shopped at the Southgate Michigan location when I lived down river.

I worked at the Kiddieland right next door for 2 years. Ah the smell of fried chicken coming from Farmer Jacks was awesome!
