  • ever notice how its alwayse the police, firefihters and teachers who are loosing their jobs, while the projects like bike paths, nature trails, and other stupid crap cities don't need NEVER GET CUT.

  • Alec is right. We don't/didn't/never will have that option to 'trim fat'. Oakland City isn't a huge thriving town swimming with businesses. We're only a town of 2,000 or so with only a few successful, long running businesses. Still, I LOVE living here. It's been my hometown all my life!
