The NHS is not totally innocent though. Vast sums of money are being paid to superfluous self serving managers, vast sums wasted because valid alternatives in supplies are ignored and vast sums drained through "health tourism".
Sad fact. It's not a service anymore, it's a business with good patient care strangled by the red tape of bureaucracy.

It's all a bit late Im afraid, Balfour Beatty now own 53% of NHS shares through their subsidiary company, Consortium!
