@loosemenUK Not too sure - I have actually changed up my deadlift so I do a full pause at the bottom now instead of doing a touch-and-go. Umm... that's A LOT harder! lol I am trying to figure out all over again where I need to be, but I am probably not horribly far off from this.
Not bad... You just need to squat down some more and involve more leg in the movement. Also keep the back flat and make it more fluid as you come up with the legs...
@frankz00 Thanks, Frank - I think you are spot on. I have been looking through "Starting Strength" (always good to go back to the old stand-by's) because I remember there were some good tips on incorporating more quad into the DL. Hoping to have some improvements soon.
