When he started out saying he felt above average I thought he was referencing his penis.

I don't recall where in this video anyone said that someone who is overconfident necessarily is perceived as arrogant. I think there are different types of overconfident. I think arrogants occurs when a person is overconfident, and yet has some reason to hate themselves which ends up being reflected in how they treat other people. Kind of Freudian.
