@1800power I usually use around 2, one for the roots and one for the ends. If you use too much it might look oily/greasy

@LifeDancin4 Hello, I've used this after curling my hair beforee and it did not ruin my curls. But that could be different for others, but from my experience it works so i hope it works for you as well :)

answer please!!: I have got2be anti-frizz cream and I'm goin to but the guardian angel for heat protection, so which do I have to use first after I 've washed my hair and I'm goin to flatten it?? thx

@YeloOoszz Hello!! sorry for the late reply but I guess everyone would have a different opinion on this? I would suggest using the anti frizz first and then the heat protection just because the heat protection should be the step before straightening.
