I think it's important to be skeptical. I watched this with an open mind, but none of these pictures prove anything. Many insist that something untoward is going on when there was nothing in the content of the picture that actually displayed what the caption claimed. And for the more unpleasant pictures, I could find you hundreds of unpleasant picture from cultures all over the world and make a case that war veteran wounds were the result of something else.

You're right that propaganda goes both ways, but when an occupation government has made it illegal to discuss Tibetan history in Tibet, you have to consider what that means.

The biggest problem with trying to convince people that Tibetans were unhappy slaves before China invaded is that if you ask Tibetans, they will tell you a different story. There is such a large gap between the Chinese version and the Tibetan version that someone must be lying. So the question is, who is lying?

I believe the Tibetan people (inside and outside Tibet) who overwhelmingly agree: "CHINA LIES!!!"

There are many types of Buddhists, and The Dalai Lama and the Tibetan Buddhists are different from what I find the definition of Buddhism to be...if there's no sacrificing, then why the human skull? Tibet has been part of China since the dynasties. There are pictures of not only slavery, but the torture former slaves went through under The Dalai Lama.
