I love that book! I have had it for months and it hasnt seen the shelf yet! E~Z and Yummy. Honestly vegan or not its a great baking book!

i have this cookbook. Everything I've made has tasted wonderful. My favourites are the Blueberry cobbler, Lemon slice (which I serve hot with soy ice cream), and apple strudel. Highly recommend this book - one of my favourites

Colleen's cookbook is great. I love to give this cookbook as a gift because everyone loves it, whether they are vegan or not!
