Yes, shes lip singing, but if you watch the whole Macy's Parade, you would realize that ALL of the singing acts are lip singing, I think they're actually required too.

shes not lip syncing cuz its hard to dance and sing, lots of people do that. its because with big events going on like this wen ur on a float and live on air witch alot of technical stuff, they have them lip sync so there isnt any technical problems, to make sure there is a good performance.
