This reminds me of Bison 2's "Golden Cannon", as my brother used to call it... All three kinds of Psycho Cannons stacked into one MOTHER of all electric discharges.
Yeah it was... Me, I felt a little revolted by the whole concept of taking charge of Bison 2, a conductor of enough power to make the TV go static, just to go for an overkill... But I went with the current, did watt my bother said and, with his enthusiasm as the driving spark, learned to do it... And, really now, you can't refuse the surge of satisfaction when you generate a move that pulls the plug on any- and everyone. ^^

*laughs* God, I haven't had a laugh like this in a while. You sure made my day. Indeed, Bison / Vega isn't exactly a down-to-earth person, truth be told. I trust that those attacks he pulled off were lightning-fast?
Uhm... Yeah... I don't think I'd dare ask Bison what kinda thunderwear he's wearing, cuz, frankly speaking, he is quite imposing. Seriously, no-one would dare to go on a strike if s/he had a boss with a thundering voice such as that.
Clever. Critical Parade + no interference from Shadow Geist = meat grinder.
Here's how: 2 bars from each character, Shadow Geist uses his Death Shock taunt (hcb,ub,u + P), and Garuda uses his Kienbu to juggle the enemy, followed by constant abuse of the Soukon Dan to burn things up.
Except that he's an UNDEAD meat-grinder. Word on him is that he's an embodiment of the souls previously absorbed by those that practice the dark arts - Gouki / Akuma, Evil Ryu, and EX2 Kairi come to mind here - and now that he's got a physical form, he's rightfully pissed at them.
