hey heres a tip with sturgeon their favorite food is flys and bugs just go in your garden one day and get some bugs and kil them and put them in your tank and watch the sturgeon eat they wil love it and get very big and fat :)
i went to get a couple of babies for my tank in the uk these are selling for £75 each!! but beutiful fish. Does anyone know if there is any difference between the albino and the normal colou in behaviours or habbits??
they like to eat blood worms (if they are babies). i have the same species as shown in this vid. mine are younger than his though. if you still can't feed them ask a worker at a fish store.
Its in san jose but they ran out and stopped carrying them because they are not easy to take care of. I had a perfect set up (not shown on da vid) but they all died. I had fresh bloodwarms and shrimp for them...but somehow they still died.. I had good conditioned water so yeah. I recamend not to get them but if you want they are called Diamondback Sturgeon. Good luck finding them

ok in spanish the common name is "esturion ruso" (russian sturgeon)

nope, its the White sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii) they grow in pond up to 1.8 meters

@fireworksgeek nope, baby white sturgeon have longer nose than these, and there is some fish that grew up to 10 ft (3 m) in aquarium !

i have 1 sturgeon, and i had a hard time feeding him. is it necesary to have 1 chiller?
