I have cockatiel's at home, occasionally we have what is called night frights the birds start fluttering all over the cage. I would equate it to "Chicken Little" the sky is falling syndrome. I don't know what caused it but putting a night light in the room helped. We speculated it might be a mouse, moth etc. just don't know . For this to be related it would have to be extremely dark out and maybe some loud noise to trigger it, I hope it's not poison.

I don't know what caused it but putting a night light in the room helped. We speculated it might be a mouse, moth etc. just don't know . For this to be related it would have to be extremely dark out and maybe some loud noise to trigger it, I hope it's not poison.

Arkansas is on a similar latitude to area 51. its fair to say that secret testing of aircraft would ultimately mean that these aircraft would fly over that part of the us at some point. As with all aircraft the problems engineers face when developing these machines is the noise. Could it be possible that engineers have developed an engine that operates on a sound frequency that humans are not able to hear and maybe certain animals can and during a test flight these birds have been effected.
