That 20 grand that you would have to spend in your late 50's ( Rushs' age) would have been saved up over a long time period..remember? SS: Actually the main reason health costs have gone up so much is because the number of state mandates has absolutely exploded (might want to look that up) over the last 40+ years and the government and third-party payer share has also gone skyward in that time frame.
I know i live in Massachusetts,and all these people talk about socialized medicine and health care rationing i was on MassHealth for a period of time and it was the best insurance i have ever had, i understand that it will cost money but human lives should be put first

100% agree on rationing will go along with the soon to be health care plan. We all can get into a doctor fairly quickly for most things as of now. Just wait until everyone has cheap insurance and I didnt say quality. More people being covered and the number of doctors is going down. Add to that the number of places taking medicare will decrease. This can only mean more waiting It cant get faster with these things happening. when things are free they are treated as free.Free doesnt equal quality

One of the reasons I could assume that crime has fallen in D.C. would be because they are starting to recognize the problem begins with children. They are really reforming the school system there, and they are introducing more programs that deal with keeping youth happy (Examples: Community Basketball games like the ones formed by Rudy Guliani and his predecessor).

Could you give me a medical definition of what is alive and what is dead? My point is it is unnatural to remove the fetus until birth. I guess you decided to overlook this fact? Of course it some cases the mother could face life threatening problems with here pregnancy. But my point is if you do not remove the fetus it will most likely survive. What if someone killed a 4month old fetus inside the womb of a mother, is that killing? If not then we've found a loop-whole for murder.

Nobody seems to be able to swallow the fact that housing values need to fall and that the gov can not prop up housing prices forever and that we are going to lose a lot of money in the meanwhile. Without the gov buyouts, the losses would be borne by the people who made the bad bets, but under this policy the innocent tax payer and saver has to bear the loses. Housing prices have to and WILL come down, whether nominally, or by cost of living, chose your pain.
Housing went up very quickly and most houses have not been reaccessed and if they went down it wouldn't have an effect because they never went up. My house hasn't been accessed in decades.
To argue for the left or the right is just a waste of time. Our two party system is actually one party, the party of corporate ownership. That 20 grand that you would have to spend in your late 50's ( Rushs' age) would have been saved up over a long time period..remember? No health insurance existed, so you saved the money that you WOULD have spent on premiums. PLUS.. MUCH beuracratic waste would have been negated thus bringing down the cost of health care...( That 20 grand may have run only 10. Regulate frivolous lawsuits? Down to 5. grand.

SS: Actually the main reason health costs have gone up so much is because the number of state mandates has absolutely exploded (might want to look that up) over the last 40+ years and the government and third-party payer share has also gone skyward in that time frame.

SS: Health care costs in MA would drop significantly and the working poor would be better off if they dropped community rating and guaranteed issue provisions.
Those two things alone (along with mandating mental health parity, in vitro fertilization, acupuncture, etc) increase premiums by a large margin.

100% agree on rationing will go along with the soon to be health care plan. We all can get into a doctor fairly quickly for most things as of now. Just wait until everyone has cheap insurance and I didnt say quality. More people being covered and the number of doctors is going down. Add to that the number of places taking medicare will decrease. This can only mean more waiting It cant get faster with these things happening. when things are free they are treated as free.Free doesnt equal quality

The Dixie chicks got slammed because they alienated their fan base. Its a lot like what happened with Ingrid Bergman. Her main audience was family values. (She played Joan of arc and was even considered a saint herself before having an affair and dumping her husband and daughter) That might not have affected someone in glamore entertainment though but for someone like Ingrid it was bad news. One of the reasons I could assume that crime has fallen in D.C. would be because they are starting to recognize the problem begins with children. They are really reforming the school system there, and they are introducing more programs that deal with keeping youth happy (Examples: Community Basketball games like the ones formed by Rudy Guliani and his predecessor).

Could you give me a medical definition of what is alive and what is dead? My point is it is unnatural to remove the fetus until birth. I guess you decided to overlook this fact? Of course it some cases the mother could face life threatening problems with here pregnancy. But my point is if you do not remove the fetus it will most likely survive. Nobody seems to be able to swallow the fact that housing values need to fall and that the gov can not prop up housing prices forever and that we are going to lose a lot of money in the meanwhile. Without the gov buyouts, the losses would be borne by the people who made the bad bets, but under this policy the innocent tax payer and saver has to bear the loses. Housing prices have to and WILL come down, whether nominally, or by cost of living, chose your pain.

Pastor Wiley Drake was the big one, I assumed there were those who followed in his footsteps: whether public or clandestine.
Kind of made us somewhat venerable, subtle, seldom-shove-a-Bible-in-your-face Christians look like a bunch of radical right-wing nut jobs. Again.
But we got over it, just like most everyone else.
And no, macwild1234, it wasn't a lot of people from what I observed.
You probably just want(ed) to make yourself believe if the few do it, the majority follows.

Obama's stepgrandma said she saw Obama's father (same name) being born. The interviewer tried to get her to say she saw PRESIDENT Obama's birth she said he was born in Hawaii. It's on the recording if you don't cut it short. I'm just saying.

True. He stated on his program that he paid cash and got a 30% discount becuase he didn't use insurance. That should tell you something.

Homicides dropping in cities are happening everywhere. I work in San Jose and the homicides dropped from 32 in 2008 to 27 in 2009. People are too broke to kill someone.

i'm not a universal health care proponent but i was hoping rush's hospital visit led to his radio retirement. after all, the guy spouts hate and lies and people actually sheepishly follow him. kinda reminds me of hitler.

Hey GSadler82 There is nothing sheepish about the way we conservative's recognize the intelligence in Rush's commentaries and choose to spread the word. The truth is hard for some people to take, but we will continue to share it with you until you finally get it.

I'm not a fan of talk-radio or FOX or CNN or any mainstream big talking head show that shades lines of red and blue, being a Libertarian.
An unstable Libertarian.
However, I'll kind of side with the Limbaugh fans not in that I support Limbaugh, his ideology (consistently), etc. but I will say you provide no follow up in your attack of him being a source of hate and lies, and you also lack such in your attack of his followers being "sheepish."
