a few really good shots, but if there was a story or message in this video, i didn't catch it (perhaps a break up with a morbid girl?). i didn't care for the front face shots of the girl looking directly at the camera or that the actress was running so unnaturally (stiff, mouth was closed etc...). the shots you got at the payphone at around 0:45 were good and i liked 4:01. mother nature was great in 1:56-2:25 and the girl wasn't that bad except for her looking at the camera.

Yeah it's a great song. It really pumps up the adrenaline in me when I'm out running. I find myself able to overcome my limitations in regard to my stamina because of motivational songs like this. I'm stronger than I have ever been. Every step builds the body's reserve supply.. so it becomes that much easier the next time your out running.

i try to find reasoning to each song, like a specific moral, value or story they are trying to get across to their listeners. i believe this song is about someones faith (spiritually)like how they are lost from (ex:) God, then find him later in life, like you spent six days at the bottom of the ocean without him (while you sin in the world, then a rescue boat comes and finds you(some event or person that changes your ways)at the bottom, they then bring you back up to the surface (Faith in God)
