Actually it's pretty normal to shower 2 to 3 times a day in my country. and the water is not infected with parasites. so stop generalizing because maybe it's only hard to shower in the country you are from. @ironyfail Not a doctor, but, I'd guess that it probably has to do with the individual person's body and the location of the larvae. Some people's bodies may just combat it better (hence the puss build up) and it may be located in an area of the body where the puss could be built up quickly too. Maybe because she's so young and her immune system hasn't built up enough to combat something like that?

What happens is that a bot fly is 2 times as big as a normal fly so it would be to obvus to just land on your skin so what it does is that it attacks a missuqito and attaches its eggs on the stomach of a missuqito and then the missquito jumps on our skin the the eggs drop and the body heat on your skin makes it hatch and it goes into your skin
