The horn player is Jeff Nelsen, the "background" trumpeter is Jeroen Berwaerts ( NDR Sinfonieorchester Hamburg ), who "jumped in" for recent tours in Germany / Europe.

burgstaller is such a monster. he puts so much of his own styl;e into this peice. The great thing about this song is that every one who plays it does it in their own way. If you look at one of canadian brass's older recordings of this with chuck dallenbach, the style is so different. its as if the whole song is a cadenza
