use enchanted items that fortify intelligence, and you also gain 10% of your intelligence as magicka each time you lvl up

how'd you do that? i have oblivion nd i know a cheat for all spells and i dint see that one, if you want to know how to get all spells the listen up! Press th "~" button during gameplay and the type in "playerspellbook"
