That is terrific. The model that was made for the competition was of the original concept design and not the built structure. I love that someone has made a version of the finished building. My father (architect of the SkyDome Rod Robbie) would have loved this.

This is excellent. I remember well back in 1984 when my father had to build his original design model from the cardboard pieces to check that the concept would work. I still have that model in our house - it's pretty primitive compared to this. I am sure he would be fascinated that someone would want to make a working model of the building he designed.
