  • I dont mind to get this car if the engine charges the power to the battery but why actually cant ?!?!?

  • Lots of bla bla marginal information and lots of Video.

    What does this car consume if I want drive my 80Km to my work.

    Nevertheless I want to drive Home = 160 Km = 100 Miles.

  • Reminds me of the Westinghouse Hybrid car from the 30s, all electric with a gas generator.

  • prius have perfected the parallel system

    12 years on the roads and over 1.75 million sold worldwide over a "DECADE"

    for less than HALF the cost of the volt

    is the Volt proven? NOT ! remember GMs Firsts? their Duds

  • It's about time someone produced a series hybrid. Same method diesel-electric trains have used for decades.

    This allows the engine/charging system to be tuned for max efficiency instead of a compromise for performance across a wide RPM range like is need when driving the wheels directly.

  • This is very interesting, hopefully this will sve GM, im not a GM fan but this is an interesting car. Id like to see more of this.

  • thank you for calling it a HYBRID

    as GM Bob Lutz does NOT want to call it one.

    PHEV=plug in "HYBRID" electric vehicle

    this is the correct description of the VOLT

  • Thanks for posting this. I have learned alot about my new soon to be car
