@kleopav undoubtedly a great boat...but if you want / need to entertain more than 1/2 dozen people, or you like gardening, or have a bunch of school-bound kids, etc...maybe a house is better...I'm sure it's cheaper per sq ft!!! + not to mention the lot...still would love to afford this boat too...yeah, I know. you're probably being facetious, at least a bit...
