Don't use clear coat use wax to seal and protect the finish.

you should never polish engine internals buddy, The reason is that a mirror finish can cause cause fuel to drop out of suspension but a slightly rough finish creates tiny vortices on the surface (boundary layer) that create turbulance and keep the fuel droplets in suspension.

That is an excellent point. What is the thrill of a Honda moped with basically a CR125 engine in it? I like my little bike, but wish it had more power, so now I have it. Anyone can buy a 600RR or GSX 1300 or Ducati Racer. It is a fun little hobby and it is extremely cheap. My next bike will be a Daytona Blue Hayabusa 1300, and it will be completely stock. RH
