Ima be using ghost the most out of these. Scavenge is overated in my opinion, i don't think its worth using a perk slot usually i just steal enemy's guns instead and hardline will definitly be interesting but its not worth a perk slot trust me take wat u get in the FIRST care package if its bad dont bitch about it live with it haha.

Flack jacket pro will presumably also protect you from napalm. I'd guess not the napalm strike itself, but definitely the ground fire which ensues afterwards.

Ghost is going to be way over powered if it protects you from dogs. Hard earen 11 kill streak down the drain, and you kniw everyone will be using it or switching to it once they hear dogs.
