&, one in the 2nd, but Linden scored on the delayed penalty call on a semi-breakaway off of good passes from his teammates.

I think that the Rangers got three in this entire game. They scored on two of them in this game.

Disappointing as a fan of the Canucks, but it was 16 years ago now, & it was one of the absolute greatest and most thrilling NHL games & series ever.

It's really kind of tough to fathom that a game right after game 6 in that series could've been any more tense than that game itself was, but game 7 in that series was an insane, absolutely tense yet exhilarating game, and so was the entire series, especially when considered as a whole.

As a fair Canucks fan, I have got to say that the Blackhawks were one of the highest caliber 8th playoff-seeds in a conference!

I love how the rules mysteriously change depending on who's playing. By 1994 rules, that's goaltender interference on the Leetch goal, but that's no surprise to anyone who's been a true hockey fan since 1994. Or maybe you're an American hockey fan from a place where it never snows and you don't know and don't care how hockey is supposed to be played. I can count on one hand the number of uneven calls that changed the series in NYR favour. The Rangers knew the NHL had their backs in '94.

And forget about the rule book. If that happened today the goal would be disallowed. It's not like they review off side calls. If that happened to the Canucks. I remember listening to WNBC radio when NYR dealt Park, Ratelle & Middleton for Espo but losing Eddie was far worse. Comparable to the Midnight Massacre when the Mets dealt Seaver....
