Raise Basic Class "Hunter" to level 3 and raise Basic Class "Ranger" to level 5. Talk to the ladies at the counter on Floor 5 of the colony. Raise your Photon Arts above 31 and use weapons over 28% for that kind of damage on a mid-level character.

The Geki-spear is 26% Fire. The Twin Ragnus is 28% Fire. The Crimson is 16% Fire. Dus-Majarra 40, Cross Hurricane 27 (at the time), and Spinning Strike 14 (at the time).
