well for the s14 theres two body/headlight styles, the one you were talking about was the kouki, there is also another more reounded s14 called the zenki

at that time the current model was the s14 but there were still selled a few models that mixed the front of the s13 with the body and the rear of the s14 , the engine was the same and the chasis too so people continue calling it s13
