this is how people get fat: A long time ago, cave man days, food was scarse so the human brain would tell the body to eat as much food as possible and available because food might not be available later for a long time. These days there is an aboundence of food so people over eat. The real trick, is keeping the weight off when you go back to eating. I have done this type of diet before, it is extreme, and it does work if you can do it. However, when you get to your desired weight and start to eat again you can gain all the weight back very quick, thats the hard part.
You should do your pics in order starting from the oldest dated to the newest. so we can see your transformation. Keep hanging in there. :) This vid inspires me.

Eating 3 nutricious...or even canned foods a day...NO SNACKS, NO DRINKS except water and some milk + excersize will do the trick people! Mm. I guess I see the points of many people on here saying this is a good thing. But only as long as it doesn't become a habit. Just as long as you don't lose perspective and starve yourself. I'm still wary of this technique, but to each her own, yes?
An occasional fast is good and detoxing for you, but your body needs healthy foods. If you fast too often, your body will hold onto every calorie you put into your body and you'll just gain it all back... Instead of just a water fast, why not do a raw veggie and fruit cleanse? Water, fresh fruit, and veggies only. Then at least your body is getting proper calories and nutrition.

this works perfetcly, when i was at a festival that lasted for about 7 days i was only drinking water, because the food there was to expensive. and when i got home i waight 9 pounds less. it works!

Why are you making these videos? Sure starving yourself makes you lose weight, but you do realize that your body will just eat itself, right? Going for fast last, eating away at everything including your muscle. Pretty nasty stuff. Just exercise and EAT, just don't overeat. And don't be lazy.
Hi there! I'm a med student. Honey you are really beautiful and don't need to loose weight but if you are going to do it try the cleanse from the book PH mirical it is way healthier and gives you lots of energy. It helped me loose 50lbs of post-cancer weight. If you go on a water fast it will make you bloated and you get no protein to turn fat into muscle (which burns more calories). Fast for 10 days? No just cut the carbs and keep calories around 800 per day and pick up a weight once and a while...its what I do and Ive lost 150 lbs in 6 months and and am much stronger as well ( my max bench went from 200 to 240) I'm not gaining weight back when I eat healthy either
Wow, I must say, in the pics of you where you lost the weight you look very sexy. Good work. This is a dangerous diet, and I dont recommend it to anyone, I have done this myself. The real problem is once you lose the weight you have to be careful because it kind of fucks up your metabolism & when u go back to eating you can gain it all back fast, you you have to keep yourself accountable.

Biologists conducted experiments on mice, by feeding one group of mice twice the normal amount they should eat, while the other group was fed one day and fasted the next. The mice who consumed more calories died sooner than the mice who fasted and were on a more strict calorie restriction.

Part 1: this is true, but you're over simplifying it. When we were hunters and gatherers our bodies were not full of toxic fat cells. Each fat cell is different. You can literally tell what a person ate by analyzing a fat cell. Some are saturated fats, some are polyunsaturated, etc. When the fat cell gets burned for energy, toxins are released into the blood stream (acids) and this could result in serious health problems. The body put those toxins there for a reason as a defense mechanism.
Part 2: Today if we fast, we burn toxic fat cells too fast and put too much toxin into the bloodstream at once. At some point the body is going to refuse to burn anymore fat cells in order to stay alive. The body needs buffers like bicarbonate, fiber, enzymes to break down these toxins in safer and more effective manner. At the very least a person should be adding baking soda to his, or her, water and some kind of fiber and also some raw vegetables and fruit (even if small amounts).
I'm tired of people preaching to me about how to lose weight. When you're living at home, broke, and can't cook, fasting isn't such an intangible idea.

This water fasting method basically makes your body go into an "oh shit!" mode -- aka Ketogenic state (no carbs at all). I went for 11 days without eating , just water and vitamin c tablets . It really messed me up bad . I had full on psychosis and had to be on anti depressants for a couple months afterwards . I wasn't ever overweight , I just wanted to test my will and cleanse some toxins . It was very dangerous and very stupid and I would warn anyone against it . I could have easily killed myself . It took like 3 months to feel back to normal . The master cleanse is much safer , you get some nutrients .

Hi there! I'm a med student. Honey you are really beautiful and don't need to loose weight but if you are going to do it try the cleanse from the book PH mirical it is way healthier and gives you lots of energy. It helped me loose 50lbs of post-cancer weight. If you go on a water fast it will make you bloated and you get no protein to turn fat into muscle (which burns more calories). Fast for 10 days? No just cut the carbs and keep calories around 800 per day and pick up a weight once and a while...its what I do and Ive lost 150 lbs in 6 months and and am much stronger as well ( my max bench went from 200 to 240) I'm not gaining weight back when I eat healthy either

Wow, I must say, in the pics of you where you lost the weight you look very sexy. Good work. This is a dangerous diet, and I dont recommend it to anyone, I have done this myself. The real problem is once you lose the weight you have to be careful because it kind of fucks up your metabolism & when u go back to eating you can gain it all back fast, you you have to keep yourself accountable.

Girl, life's too short to be miserable about your weight! Don't fast, eat good, nutritious, real food. Your body's metabolism shuts off when you don't eat-I want to lose about 10 pounds, and I've lost 5 pounds in 2 days just from drinking lots of water and cutting out sugar and most fats. Veggies, fruit and grains. Much love.

I'm gonna do a water fast too...Im not sure how long im gonna make it last. Im gonna start it out at 5 days, then increase days. I need to detox my liver!! It's bad! I dont drink or smoke, but for some reason my doctors keep saying my liver is not healthy. I need to detox! So im going to try the water fast. Thanks for this video.

Fasting is dangerous for those who have certain health conditions or have no fat to begin with. And when you slowly return to HEALTHY foods, your metabolism is not destroyed. If you gorge on meat and processed foods, there's little hope for you, whether you fast or not. Read, research, learn.

People are very misinformed, usually terms interchangeably and improperly. Crack a book to learn the right terms and how to use them. Fasting and starving are not the same. Starvation only happens after the body has used up all it's fat for fuel and turns to the organs. Please don't spread misinformation. Research (ketosis, acidosis). True starvation is what was seen in the Cambodian commercials. Americans think they're starving the minute they're late for dinner and their tummy rumbles.

Wow people are so ignorant. We are hunters and gatherers....how do you think our ancestors survived in times of famine????? Fasting is not starvation.....people in the times of hunting went days and even weeks without food, because food wasnt always available....our bodies are made to go without eating all the time, and when you are over weight you have the capability to fast longer because your body has more recourses to sustain itself

BEHAVIOR modification does,low carb eating is in my opinion the best way,our body turns food into glucose(sugar) when limiting carbohydrates the body goes looking for fuel and when there are no carbs to burn it turns to our bodies fat supply,you never go hungry on low carb eating

@cmcneill60 of course the body's metabolism would slow down, that is the way it is suppose to function how else would we make it through times of famine if we were burning the same amount of calories without food ? To say my way of thinking isnt true, is to miss what I am trying to say. Please keep in mind fasting and starving are completely different things, when you fast you use the stores you have, starving is when you are depleted of those stores and begin taking from the actual body.

Biologists conducted experiments on mice, by feeding one group of mice twice the normal amount they should eat, while the other group was fed one day and fasted the next. The mice who consumed more calories died sooner than the mice who fasted and were on a more strict calorie restriction.

It doesn't hurt at all. As long as the person stops when they feel they can no longer fast, there's nothing wrong with it!

Part 1: this is true, but you're over simplifying it. When we were hunters and gatherers our bodies were not full of toxic fat cells. Each fat cell is different. You can literally tell what a person ate by analyzing a fat cell. Some are saturated fats, some are polyunsaturated, etc. When the fat cell gets burned for energy, toxins are released into the blood stream (acids) and this could result in serious health problems. The body put those toxins there for a reason as a defense mechanism.

Part 2: Today if we fast, we burn toxic fat cells too fast and put too much toxin into the bloodstream at once. At some point the body is going to refuse to burn anymore fat cells in order to stay alive. The body needs buffers like bicarbonate, fiber, enzymes to break down these toxins in safer and more effective manner. At the very least a person should be adding baking soda to his, or her, water and some kind of fiber and also some raw vegetables and fruit (even if small amounts).

I'm tired of people preaching to me about how to lose weight. When you're living at home, broke, and can't cook, fasting isn't such an intangible idea.
You think some of us haven't tried the three meal a day plan and haven't failed?
If you tend to eat heavy like some of us do, fasting seems like the next best option for reducing your appetite thermostat besides stomach stapling, which is out of the question for some.

@Necr0gasM, part of what you can't lose weight is that you're carrying too much hate and negative energy. If you'll get the proper nutrition in your body, you won't feel hungry. True hunger comes from a lack of nutrition, not a lack of calories and that's why you can eat all day long and still be hungry if you're eating starchy foods and sugars that are high in calories with no nutritional benefits.

Don't fasten!You'll slow down your metabolism forever.The first thing you burn isn not fat,but muscle,because thats easier to metabolize.
Go to a gym,have a personal trainer show you a decent program to build up some muscle.Muscle burns fat and speeds your metabolism.Eat 6-8 small meals with plenty of raw food and get some protein shake or something.-Diets don't work,what do you think will happen,when you stop water-fasting?Life style changes work.

This water fasting method basically makes your body go into an "oh shit!" mode -- aka Ketogenic state (no carbs at all). Three days is not enough though because your body will have just enough time to start adjusting and burning so little calories daily that when you start eating again it'll be able to store most of it -- giving a very minimal final result. Remember that your body's metabolism constantly adjusts to what you give it. Choosing your calories wisely and counting yields more results.

Try doing a juice fast with drinking organic carrot , cilantro , beet , apple , greens , and ginger 4 times a day and nothing else but water . You could easily and safely lose 15 pounds of fat in 3 weeks and not hurt yourself . Make sure you are getting enough to have like 800 callories a day from juice and drink 6-8 glasses of water . You may notice some detox effects at first like headache or your sweat smelling worse , don't worry , you are just pushing out accumulated toxins .

I went for 11 days without eating , just water and vitamin c tablets . It really messed me up bad . I had full on psychosis and had to be on anti depressants for a couple months afterwards . I wasn't ever overweight , I just wanted to test my will and cleanse some toxins . It was very dangerous and very stupid and I would warn anyone against it . I could have easily killed myself . It took like 3 months to feel back to normal . The master cleanse is much safer , you get some nutrients .

i went from 340 to 260 in 3 mnths wake up run 5 miles 12 oclock 1 egg 7 oclock1 oz grilled chicken 12 am 1 apple tk vit and min supplament started loseing 2 pounds a day did this for 2 weeks stoped SLOWLY started eating normal then start it agine first 3 days where hell tho the youre body gos into survival mode and you dont really feel the hunger anymore btw my docter freaked when he found out what i did
