He has a trach because his upper airway was scarred shut from being on a ventilator for 5 weeks when he was a newborn.

Will they be able to open it back up? He is very VERY cute!! His brother must be a funny guy!! :)

He had it opened back in April, but sadly, he passed away from his heart defects on August 20th.
