@estimate15accurate He had the physical form of a man, but the divine powers and soul that God possesses. And He gives us commandments to guide us to be like him (not a God, but a Godly person). Jesus died on the cross for our sins, correct! The only thing is its not really forgiven until you ask for forgiveness. :)
